Title: Not working.
Review: I don’t know what the issue is with this phone but none of the features are working for senior use. I can’t even change the ringer volume. I can call out on it and it receives calls but that’s it. Maybe it’s because the phone was delivered with special instructions to set inside the front patio doors but it was left outside the door and it was raining. There was no box the product was delivered from except the telephone box.

Review: I purchased this phone for my parents, who were no longer able to use their cell phones. This product worked exceptionally well, and they were happy to have larger buttons and numbers that were easy to read. Title: The ringer is annoying.
Review: The phone itself is great but the ringer is very annoying, I don’t like the sound of the ringer. The words on the back are very hard to see even with glasses. The words need some kind of color, for the elderly who can’t see well. Or anyone who has trouble seeing. Words on the back are hi, low ?, don’t know what the other words say.
