Review: Purchased for my elderly parents who were having an issue with their cordless phones. Somehow they kept muting them and couldn’t figure how to unmute them. Plugged this in to the wall jack and now they can see the numbers and can use the speaker if needed and can see and read the buttons. It’s a relief to know in an emergency this phone works!

Title: Easy to use,
Review: Got this for my mom. She is able to use this so much easier than a cell phone with its tiny buttons. I put all her closest contacts in the predial buttons for her and she is staying in touch better with family. Loud ringer so she can hear the phone even without her hearing aids in.

Title: Phone worked great upon receipt
Review: Phone worked great upon receipt, however one day it just stopped working (after 30 days). No dial tone, no more incoming calls. It’s unfortunate this happened after the 30 day period as there is no way for me to get a replacement or refund. I am also unable to contact the seller as well, as when I have tried I get a notice popping up saying, unable to contact Blue Donuts at this time. We can do nothing more with it but keep trying to plug it in and hope it starts working again.For what it’s worth, it looks and worked great when it was working. No explanation on why it just stopped one day, we tried everything to get it going again. If you do purchase this be advised that it comes in a plain unmarked box with NO product information. I had no idea I had the phone until a week later because I had been looking for a box with the product information or a picture printed on the box. Silly me.

Review: Our mistake, we didn’t read carefully. This phone is a good value if you’re looking for a phone with large buttons, easy to use memory, and a loud ringer. It’s not amplified — the received voice volume isn’t boosted. So if you’re hard of hearing and need loud audio in the receiver this isn’t a good choice.

Review: I got this one of one of my elderly clients. He loves he could see it and basically knows how to use it at 90 years old. The only problem is he was looking for a voice message system to attached to it because he does not remember to get to the phone in a timely manner.

Review: Mother in law loves this phone with the large numbers easy for her to see, and the clarity is great. Would purchase again.UPDATE phone had problems, buttons sticking, could not hear on handset. Contacted Blue Donut and they said they are sending a replacement phone but have not received it yet. Future update pending.

Title: It’s cheap like you want but functional
Review: It’s cheaply made but performs up to it’s billing. Big buttons are great. It’s not too complicated. There’s a little piece of plastic you have to pop out & turn around so the handset doesn’t fall off when it’s wall mounted. One drawback, for me is you can’t shut off the ringer. There’s no digital screen to mess with–I find this a big plus!
