Title: Excellent product for the cost!
Review: if you still have a landline this is an excellent product, the handset is comfortable and the numbers are BIG, works well for all ages! Also it came with the cords needed at no extra cost. Good sound quality. Not for hearing impaired but good for any one with regular hearing. I would purchase it again or give it as a gift.

Review: I purchased two of these for my elderly father who wants nothing to do with cordless phones or cell phones. After spending lots of money on buying cordless phones and never finding the phones to go back on the base to charge. Or him leaving the phone on and never hanging it up after conversations. Which means if you call back the line is busy.This was the answer and the buttons are nice and big where he can dial out with no problem and its directly plugged into the wall.I would suggest this for any elderly parent.

Title: Has unhelpful technology add-ons
Review: This phone is exactly as the picture indicates. But like all other phones that claim to be for the “elderly,” this phone has a lot of unhelpful technological add-ons. All of the smaller buttons above and below the large keypad numbers are unhelpful (and actually cause confusion) for my mother in an assisted living facility.

Title: UPDATE!!
Review: I bought this phone in March 2018 and now on July 2, 2018 the thing doesn’t work anymore. In the middle of the night I kept hearing a dial tone and fast busy signal and thinking I was hearing things or dreaming, I ignored it. When I finally got up to start my day, the same sound started again and that’s when I realized it was coming from my phone. My phone is connected to my cable provider’s WiFi modem, so I thought maybe we had an outage in our area. I unplugged the phone since I was tired of hearing the noise, and the light on the modem stopped blinking and became steady, which is what it’s supposed to do. That’s when I realized it was the phone and not my service. I’ve never had problems with a phone before, but I would definitely NOT recommend this phone to anybody, unless of course, you LIKE throwing your money away.UPDATE: I changed the phone cord and haven’t had a problem since. So I’m thinking there was a short in the wire, not the phone. So if you’re looking for a basic no-frills phone, by all means buy this phone.

Title: Consider for sight impaired
Review: Got this for the sweet little old German neighbor lady she’s, well, she’s blind as a bat. That being said; she said she can see the white numbers on ( I think can feel) these raised mega buttons. Anyhow, either or, shes back at it in German all day. I can attest to the clarity on the receiving end. Clear as a bell. Also I feel I should mention this phone is VERY lightweight it actually has a plastic cheap-o feeling to It out of the box but that vanishes of course once wall mounted.
