Title: Good value headphones for calls
Review: Overall build quality is good and they are comfortable to wear. USB-C charging is a plus. Sound quality on calls is good. If I had complaints it would be sound quality for music is lacking, and the noise cancellation doesn’t seem to work that well; however, for the price they are definitely a good value.

Title: Great Headset for Phone Calls
Review: Needed something to make a lot of phone calls from my home office, these work great. Are they for critical listening with FLAC files, no. Do they make very clear and crisp phone calls, yes. Paired immediately with full functionality and now have them bouncing from my laptop to my phone easily. No complaints from the people I’m talking with.

Title: No “sidetone” (you can’t hear yourself)
Review: Be aware that since this type of headset covers both ears, and has a noise cancelling feature, AND has no “sidetone” (feedback of your own voice), …you won’t be able to hear yourself talking. I’ve since learned that hardly any Bluetooth headsets near this price point have sidetone so perhaps it’s not fair to deduct a star, but…. I found a few other minor issues with the headset. The directions have conflicting info regarding how to set up pairing, including both “Hold the multi-function button for 4s after power ON” and elsewhere in the manual “In power OFF status, press and hold the MFB for 1.5 seconds to enter pairing mode…” (my emphasis). There is also a mention of a “Teams” button which is not defined anywhere else(?). Finally both volume adjustment buttons have a “-” symbol (no “+” symbol).

Title: Keeps disconnecting. Unreliable
Review: Worked great at first but after about a month disconnects and reconnects constantly even though I’m right next to my device. Very frustrating as I’m on video calls all day. I haven’t had a day of solid connection for 2 weeks and will need to buy a new headset. Not the most comfortable headset either, still tight on the ears.

Review: Just got the headset and tried out for sometime. Sleek and simple design. Audio quality is very good, connected to laptop instantly. I will be using it for work calls, will provide an updated review after a month or so. I would recommend it if you are in the market for headset with mic at a reasonable price!

Review: Great headset for work, the hearing pads are very soft and comfy. The headset itself is very lightweight and it doesn’t put too much pressure on your jaw unlike other headset. The only downside is it may not fit all head size, this was for my brother but on my head even if i fully extended it on each sides, it didn’t fully cover both of my ears. So if you have a big head like me, you need to beware of that. But beside that fact the headset is great and made with good material.

Review: I actually love the headset. customer service is superb! they have reached out to me right before they shipped the item and made sure to check if i am having some issues. the only problem I had was the headset doesn’t have a usb dongle which i guess my mistake as my device doesn’t support bluetooth and I thought the headset has the dongle. sound quality is very good and even the mic. I just had some a bit issue the background noise can be heard from my end and I just really can’t use it for work. but overall satisfactory is very good!!
