Review: My wife has been using this headset daily for work calls and virtual meetings, and it’s been a great purchase so far. Setup was very easy — the USB dongle worked instantly with her computer, and Bluetooth pairing was straightforward. No driver installs or complicated steps.Call quality is excellent. Her voice comes through clearly, and the noise-canceling microphone does a very good job filtering out background sounds. Even with activity around the house, people on the other end say they hear her clearly without distractions. Title: Professional product, worth every penny!
Review: As a doctor, I need a quality headset for calling patients and for video visits. If patients fail to log into the EHR system on the computer, I switch to an app on my cell phone. This headset easily switches between computer and cell, and is MUCH BETTER in quality than small earbuds I have been using since COVID! The quality is EXCELLENT both ways, I no longer ask patients to repeat themselves. Patients also praised the clarity of the calls. It’s light, fits well comfortably, looks professional, charges quickly, looks good, and has a solid Bluetooth connection that has not dropped off to date. It even works great for casual gaming (with NO LAG) while allowing one ear to hear when my nurse says “doctor, your patient is ready”😆I tried many ear buds and headsets; this is the best so far! Overall, this is a superb professional-grade headset that’s worth every penny!

Title: AMAZING Headest For Office Multi-Tasking Work!!!
Review: With all I do with work, I juggle at least a dozen different things at any given time. As such, I always have a headset on, but I also like to have an ear open for my other PC, my laptop, as well as my wife and the kids (since I do much of my work in my home office). I used to wear a full headset and just pull one of the earphones to the side, which was of course uncomfortable at times.Someone else that does work similar to mine suggested I get a headset like this, and I am SO glad I did!!! No more having to twist the headset so I have one ear open — this is built for exactly that!!! I get to listen in on my video chats or other audio from off of my PC or laptop with one ear, and have the other ear open for whatever else is going on around me. It makes multi-tasking SO much easier, and it is SO much more comfortable than using a regular headset and pulling one side off your ear! This sits very comfortably on both sides of the head!!!The noise cancellation in these is superb. There are times I get concerned because of the kids being loud in the other room while I’m trying to work. With my prior headset, I used to get remarks here and there when the kids would be loud, and it was so embarrassing, let alone unprofessional. With these, it’s not a problem at all — there have been a few different incidences now where my kids got loud in the other room, and no one said anything!!! I actually tested them compared to my old headset — had both hooked up to my computer, recorded the audio from both sources at the same time, and checked to see which one filtered out the background noise better. With my old headset, you could hear the kids clear as day (even though they were supposedly a “noise-reduction” headset as well). With this new headset, you couldn’t hear them AT ALL!!! Literally not at all, but you still heard my voice in the foreground just as crisp and clear! I was shocked!!!The headset is extremely comfortable, to the point where at some points, I don’t even notice it’s there. Easy to adjust, and stays in place. The battery life with these is great. I can chat all day, listen to seminars and such, music, and more constantly all day long, and they last a couple days easily without even having to think about it. They connected to both my PC and my laptop with ease — no effort at all. Both immediately found them, connected, and were good to go within seconds. The mute button works great. You get that distinct click when you press it, so there’s no mistaking you’ve muted yourself.All in all, this is a GREAT headset, and I am so glad I bought it, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a headset for one ear, but the other ear free to handle other matters!
