Title: Works very well and is comfortable
Review: These hearing amplifiers seem to work well for my father and he says they are comfortable to wear. They come with multiple size ear pieces for a customized fit. Being rechargeable is a definite plus since batteries can be difficult to put in. They have a switch on the side so you can also customize the sound enhancement level that is needed.

Title: Not the easiest to keep behind ear.
Review: The picture shows the current hearing device compared to a older one I had.The part that goes behind the ear is slightly larger than old blue unit. The design of the tube is much bigger and bulky compared to the old unit. Because of the tube design I have a problem keeping the unit behind my ear. It keeps popping out from behind ear. The part that goes in the ear is comfortable but the ‘button’ attached to the ear piece is large and sticks out of the ear making it very noticeable.The good thing is that it has good hearing quality even at the lowest settings. I have it set on low and on 2.I like the hearing quality but hate the design and how visible it is. No this discrete about this hear device.I haven’t decided if I’m keeping it or not. I just received it a couple of days ago. Is the hearing part worth the design and have to tuck it back behind my ear several times a day? That’s the question

Title: Best have bought
Review: Works great, clear sound rather watching TV, listening to the radio or having a conversation with someone, light weight stays in ear volume on high don’t squeal at you (like most others I’ve had done) recommend this one 100% best I have gotten and I have had a lot of others none work as well as thos one.

Title: Not a great hearing aid
Review: This is only one gearing aid and there is a sound delay…so you heat it in background then again louder in the ear the hearing aid is in. Frustrating. I don’t recommend.

Title: Great ear amplifier
Review: I’ve been using Britzgo for years now and always had the blue ones. This is much better. Smaller and chargeable. Fits in my ear much better than the blue ones, I have small ears. Also the feedback I experienced with the other ones is greatly reduced with this one, maybe because it fits better. That is my experience with these. Recommended. Thanks Britzgo!

Title: No voice enhancement
Review: If the voice from a TV or other source is fouled without clarity or annunciation, this aid just amplifies that and although louder, words remain unclear. The BHA-220 is a far superior item as it seems to focus on the language in a program and not other noises in the filming.

Review: Does not work. Charging light goes green then blue but doesn’t flash. No sound comes through, irrespective of the settings of the switch or volume control. Also, you need to be aware that the unit is quite bulky and that there is only one hearing aid (for left or right ear, but not both)
