Title: Doesn’t come with everything you need.
Review: Buyer beware. It’s a beautiful phone and it seems like it would be perfect for my hard of hearing 93 year old Aunt who just moved into assisted living. The phone came with vague instructions. IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE NANO SIM CARD THAT IT NEEDS TO WORK. My husband & I went to Walmart to get the nano sim card and the cellphone agent helped us get a Verizon connection HOWEVER the phone wouldn’t work for out going or in coming calls!!! It worked 1 time in the store, then nothing. Later we noticed that it seemed like the description here on Amazon seemed to be promoting the T-Mobile service but claimed it was compatible with various carriers.I am really sad to be sending it back because it seemed like it would have been perfect because the numbers are large and it speaks the numbers out loud when you press them.Please don’t get taken like I did. I hope this review helps you decide.

Review: I found this very challenging to input information. It’s a good thing I set it up for my client. She would have never got her contact info in. Very cumbersome to use.
