Title: Peace of Mind for Both of Us
Review: I purchased this for my terminally ill mom, and it has been such a blessing. She can easily press the button when she needs me, and I’m instantly alerted no matter where I am in the house. It provides so much peace of mind knowing she can reach me right away without having to struggle to call out.The setup was simple, and the connection has been very reliable. The sound is loud enough to hear clearly, but not overwhelming, and the range works perfectly in our home. My mom feels safer and more secure, and I feel more confident knowing I won’t miss when she needs help. This device also comes with an optional bluetooth feature, which calls if you’re not close to the “ringer.” For a small annual fee of $25–allows additional peace of mind.This little device has truly made life easier during a very difficult season. Highly recommend it for anyone caring for an elderly or ill loved one at home.

Title: Ease, function and great support! What a joy!
Review: This easy to wear device gives me security and freedom for my helper son. Their customer service is way beyond 5 stars.Age and abilities are catching up with me. I’ve had a couple of falls then an event leaving me bellowing for help during the night and my son sleeping through my noise, I started researching assistance devices. I am a retired nurse. I knew it was time to seek help for the future possible problems.I knew about the common phone button one since my neighbor had used that for her elderly and frail mother. I didn’t like the on going monthly fee, 30 dollars IS 30 dollars. Reasonable costs and good support matter to me so I read reviews, and picked CallToU.I’ve had this now for about a month and I am pleased with the functioning and the costs. It took my son a couple of tries to set the system up (I’m being honest here) since then, I feel easier in the house alone. This does wake my heavy sleeping son. For the first few days we were testing it several times for the reassurance it would notify him. Each time it worked we smiled and he was free to go out even if I forgot to drag my cell phone everywhere in the house.We had one issue of the device notifying him when I had not pushed the button. After the 3rd or 4th time, I wrote to the company via their support team. Wow! I had a neatly laid email with links to trouble shooting fixes and more help offered if needed. Their email arrived the next morning since I sent mine after their work hours. We did solve the problem with a new battery before their email arrived. I think we had tested it so many times in setting it up and then reassuring ourselves it worked that we ran the battery down much fast than normal usage.Once again, I want to thank the support team! At my age, I know every tech thing can have a problem, either operator error or some glitch. The proof of value for me is a prompt support team and communication this old lady can understand either written or spoken.

Title: Good Enough
Review: Ok, I misread or misinterpreted something. I thought it said ‘No subscription required’ in the description. True to use in house. Sub required to use phone notifications. Still a good deal and works really well in house. Thought it could at least notify nearby phone but so far no luck on that.Wrist call button comfortable. Takes a coin battery. No idea how long it will last so I’m getting a couple to have on hand. Noise making plug is easy to use although the instructions could use a little more clarifying.I’d buy again.

Review: Fairly easy setup. Works well. Set it up last night and was alerted this morning that my brother in law had fallen. If we wouldn’t have had this he probably would have been on the floor for hours. Good product for the price so far

Review: It’s amazingly loud! The watch works great for my mom who has stage 3 cancer and bed bound. I love how the app has its own tone and just as loud. The selection of tones on the receiver box along with volume level is great! I can be on my back porch and still hear it, major peace of mind if I need to be outside .Definitely glad I purchased this item to replace a knock off from a box store.

Title: Performs as expected
Review: We ordered the wifi receiver package with one transmitter button and one wrist transmitter. Pairing the buttons to the receiver was very straight forward, as was connecting the receiver to our wifi network. With the Tuya app on both of our phones, we get notifications whenever one of the buttons is pushed. When at home, we also hear audible alerts from the receiver. So far we are pleased with our purchase.

Title: Impossible to connect and operate.
Review: The instructions are clear as mud. I have tried for several days to connect and the authentication never comes through to my email. I completed all tasks in troubleshooting to no avail. It now has been in excess of 96 hours since I requested help on their own customer survey! Regrettably I will be returning this product for a refund.
