Title: Safety and security at its best
Review: There was a missing piece to this order. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and will have the missing item out quickly. The wrist receiver and bell work wonderfully and I love the safety it provides and the comfort to my disabled father . I am able to help him. When needed.

Title: Your elderly parents can still wake you up when needed at night!
Review: This is going to be a game changer for us. Recently moved my 91 year old mother in our home. The couple of times she needed assistance at night she couldn’t call loud enough to wake us. This call button is working great for us! Seller very responsive with answers and assistance seeing as I am technology challenged! Super service and amazing product! Highly recommend. Adding to my comments today. This vendor is amazing. Very helpful and responsive. Amazing customer service!!

Title: Serves the purpose
Review: This is the second set of this brand I’ve purchased, and I found the instructions to be remarkably different between sets. But I now have compatible alarm units located around the house where I might be, and my invalid wife can call for me wherever we are in the house. Instructions confused me at first, and I’m a technical person, but once I figure out the sequence, I synced all buttons with all alarms. The adjustable alarms are definitely loud enough, and my wife can press any button to ring all the alarms at the same time, which is the setup I wanted.

Title: Instructions are confusing. Device isn’t defective
Review: Instructions are a bit confusing… Hold the off button to turn the device on after charging.. calltou was super helpful after I emailed them directly…Highly recommend, easy to use has great range. Very loud if needed.

Title: Great for Caregiver’s Peace of Mind
Review: I am a live in caregiver for my elderly grandparents, my grandmother is a high fall risk and needs to get up to go to the bathroom multiple times in the night. With my room being upstairs and her being a very quiet lady, plus a stubborn one, I needed a way for her to get my attention to take her to the bathroom. The CallToU pager system was the perfect and relatively inexpensive solution. I originally bought the two necklaces with a single rechargeable ringer but added the plug in outlet ringer in case I forget the portable ringer downstairs. I like that you can choose from multiple ringtones so you know who is calling, nice for those caring for multiple people like me. It is easy to connect multiple call buttons, I had no issues adding the buttons to the new outlet ringer I bought. I do wish the outlet ringer had the exact same ringtones as the small ‘sos’ necklace call buttons to keep things continuous. They are plenty loud which is perfect. I can take a moment to listen to music, the tv, or take a shower and still hear the ringer over the noise. It easily wakes me up even while sitting on a dresser across the room. The portable ringer has a decent charge though I wish it had a low battery tone/indicator. The charging port is a micro USB for the portable ringer which is slightly inconvenient when every phone charger is now USBC (it does come with a micro USB cable though). The red ‘sos’ necklaces are big enough for uncoordinated elderly hands while not being unwieldy or uncomfortable around the neck. I can’t imagine using the blue call button as a necklace as it is very large, though it is good for the bedside table or the bathroom. I would absolutely love if these had glow in the dark plastic so they can be seen on the nightstand or around the neck at night. The range is very good- I can wander around to the end of our large yard and still receive a signal. I have broken one of the portable ringers but dropping it several times on hard floors but if you’re not throwing it around it’s fairly durable. All in all I think these products are a great way for caregivers to get some peace of mind.

Title: Mobile receiver never worked
Review: I recently purchased the Call to U kit from Amazon with wrist and lanyard buttons and a plug in receiver and rechargeable mobile receiver.Everything works fine except the Mobil receiver. I charged it for an hour like the directions shared, and then pressed the button to test. No sound came out, I also tried it with call buttons.I tried charging it again overnight, and it still doesn’t work.I purchased this system to have options in how my mom could alert family or care workers after recovering from hip surgery.Could the mobile receiver be replaced?

Title: Works good and easy
Review: Overall the system was super easy to install. It was as simple as plugging in the receivers and clicking the button. The call buttons are quite large to be worn as necklaces but worked great when I attached them to the wall in the rooms we needed call buttons in. Both plug in receivers chimed at the same time so there is no need to worry about a delay. My only issue is that the portable receiver constantly says low battery. I have emailed the company and they replied quickly (I admit i forgot to write a review until almost a month layer) but they seem quite nice. And working towards replacing my product. Id give 5 stars if the portable receiver worked and is replaced.Edit: Theyre working on my replacement! Customer service was very nice.

Title: Brought peace of mind during a tough time
Review: I got this for my mom when she was having health issues and needed a little extra support around the house. It worked exactly like we needed it to. Super easy to set up, the range was great, and the SOS button gave her (and me) peace of mind. Whether she was in the bedroom or out on the porch, I could hear it and respond quickly. She actually liked wearing the wrist button, which says a lot. Definitely recommend this to anyone caring for a loved one at home.
