Review: I broke down and bought some +1 readers last year. Work great, but as an ER MD it was annoying to take them on and off. These work great for suturing and really help on reading the computer screen, but don’t negatively effect my distant vision, so can still walk around with them on.

Read all my comments for details.Let’s begin with me: I’m a computer programmer, top in my field. I stare at a computer all day. When I was 45, I needed reading glasses. A pain, but that’s life. But reading glasses have limited use with computers. I had prescription glasses with bi-focals, and they were mostly ok. But eyes keep changing. Soon, I had two pairs of glasses on straps hanging around my neck. This was an ugly compromise for close, medium, and long distances.Then these arrived today. I have worn them since arrival. I haven’t had to switch glasses all evening. I’ve done housework, computer work, and used my smartphone with ease.I am happy.Buy a pair of these, but be sure to try 1-3 level reading glasses while looking at your phone to see what is clearest. Then choose for ordering these.
