Title: Great Product but Has a Twist
Review: These are great and fit and work well. The only issue I have is that the absorption pad is held in a sealed pocket. The pad, however, twists inside the pocket and it is difficult to get it back in place.The disappointment for me is that I contacted the manufacturer but have not received a response.

Title: Not so haappy anymore with these.
Review: I wrote a better review once, but I have to change it to a lesser review. I HATE these things. It doesn`t matter if you put these underwear in the bag or not, they still bunch up. Someone should have either made a way to remove the padding or have sown the padding to the sides of the leg holes. I had hoped to do my part and TRY to not over load our landfill with diapers, but now that I have had awhile to deal with them, I don`t like them and I will not buy these for my husband anymore. The only positive is YES,it has some really thick padding and the person that wears them loves them, and they do keep him and the bed dry, but for me who has to wash and dry them, not so much of love for them. I don`t ALWAYS have time or the cooperation of weather to hang them outside. I WILL NOT buy again, for 1) too expensive and 2) unable to flatten out the pads. AND they run small. IF your wear a large, go extra large.

Title: Good, but very bulky
Review: I got these for my husband and he says they are like wearing a diaper. They nicely made and have great coverage area and would definitely work if you had an accident. However, they are very bulky because the crotch is 6in wide. A normal pair of underwear is about 3 3/4in wide, so you can see there is a big difference and why it is so bulky.

Title: Avoid embarrassing leaks
Review: My 70+ year-old husband loves the fit and the comfort of these. Knowing that a little drip won’t spoil his day (or his clothes) is well worth the price of these. They are more affordable than other brands. When given the choice of these briefs with an absorbent pad for men and an adult diaper, men will choose briefs any day. Being washable helps save money, too.

Non volendo usare i pannolini che potrebbero causare problemi alla sua pelle fragile, ho optato per questi slip di cotone , buona assorbenza e vestibilità, lavabili in lavatrice, ancora validi dopo diversi lavaggi. Ottimi per incontinenza moderata.
