Review: Pretty good for work. It’s large, has LED lighting and a smaller higher power lens as well. I use this almost exclusively for reading small print. At my age everything seems small and blurry ah well. Can’t buy new eyes.But it is a large hand held magnifier and cannot get into tighter spaces because of the size of the magnifying head. Not a deal breaker for me I have many magnifiers.

Title: Excellent Sight Aid
Review: UPDATE: After using this glass for two weeks, there seems to be a problem with the light switch. The dimmer of the two illuminations works fine, but when I toggle to the brighter light, I have to keep my thumb on the switch for the brighter light to continue to work. So, the 2-power light still works but I reliably.—————-Old eyes sometimes need help, and this provided what I was looking for. Easy to manipulate, convenient 2-power light, sufficient magnification for maps, light reading, etc. Just install two AAA batteries (not provided) and help is in the palm of your hand.

Review: Bought this after I found it increasingly difficult to read small print on bottles even with my readers. Thought I might use it only occasionally, but I find myself reaching for it at least once a day….most recently when I had to remove a splinter. Thought the light would be superfluous, but it’s one of the best features. Substantial but lightweight. No distortion. Excellent purchase.

Title: A good magnifier If you can take care of it
Review: This magnifier works great, and the lighting is great too, so overall this is a good magnifier. The downside is that the main lens is made of acrylic, so unless you can take special care of it, the lens will increasing form a haze of small scratches you can’t get rid of. I would recommend finding something to wrap it in. The quality of the plastic housing feels one or two steps below solid, so it would be fine for pure indoor use.
