Title: Not bad functionality for the price.
Review: Clear reception, good Bluetooth range, better than my custom aids. Loses about 80 pct of its power after 4-5 hours of use, but the portable charger case makes up for that somewhat. Protrudes quit a bit making it obvious but easy to insert and remove. My voice sounds muffled when talking on my cell phone. I use this set as a backup, pretty good value and functionality. I don’t find switching modes useful as they’re too similar.

Review: I bought these after losing my set of Diamond X1 aids which worked well although I always had some challenges with those staying in my ears when eating or outside activities. I wanted to try the new Wave Lite and I’m so glad I did. The former issue I had trying to get the right fit is gone. These come with several sizes of tips so you can get the proper fit. Not only that – but they also fit nice and snug without feeling uncomfortable. They come in a nice small cloth covered box that uses USB C to recharge. Speaking of recharge, they do it quickly inside the case and the charge is long lasting. This means more doing what you want without worrying about battery life. They fit so well and watching TV is a breeze now. Closed captions goodbye! The sound is clear and bright. They pair nicely with the Cearvol App and are highly adjustable just like the Diamond X1 set. They can be controlled by the app or by smaller buttons on the aids themselves for volume and condition setting. They are much smaller in size and stay in your ears nice and snug so you don’t have any worry when you are out or on the go. They work so well in loud environments such as parties or restaurants where they actually help you hear conversation details so that you can feel confident in joining in too. This OTC pair of Wave Lite aids put my older prescribed aids to shame for a fraction of the cost. If you have ever wanted to try something like this, I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. Do it today for yourself and for your loved ones.

Title: Great sound not so great reliability
Review: The sound quality on these is absolutely worth a look- I heard high range sound which I haven’t heard in many years. The app is easy to use, the bluetooth phone connection and music streaming is also so clear. different modes seem to work well- actually sat in a crowded noisy restaurant and heard every word of conversation. Sound quality is quite exceptional compared to everything I have tried.But- within 5-6 weeks of use, bang! one earpiece failed, would not turn on, gone gone gone. Contacted customer support but no suggestions worked. 1 year warrantee on these- but- who wants a product which stops working within a few weeks?Negatives: not all that comfortable, although it didn’t actually hurt my ears. Not terribly stable fit either- would not recommend for intense bouncy situations.And I tell you, you’re not going to get much battery life out of these either- a few hours is it, then back in the case to charge. And that’s a real negative for use- you get to thinking why even bother to wear them?I can’t find anything else that provides the features these do- bluetooth, recharging, and above all fantastic sound quality.. But as there is really nothing else that is on the market for less than a king’s ransom, I may order another pair and see if I have better luck.I don’t understand why hearing aids are so expensive! And not covered by insurance either.UPDATEI ordered another pair- within 4 weeks and all within a couple of days: the app stopped working; then the right ear device stopped working; then both devices refused to pair.So frustrating! Because again the hearing aids are superb,But wholly unreliable.Downgrading my review to 1 star
