Title: Malfunctioning
Review: I thought this was the perfect gift for elder lady but one I got the watch the first advice was call the o activate a service plan. I set up without the plan first to see how it would work. It has a lot of good features but seems to be inaccurate. The “fall “ alert response cam on with the slightest of movement which was way too annoying for the elder. I reached out to the company for advice but wasn’t given a clear reason . It this point I feel I wasted my money on this not so smart watch.

Review: The watch is stylish and works well.The service is good and even calls you when the battery is low.However….. the ad made it seem like you did not need a subscription… which is why I bought it over other subscription services. On top of a monthly cost, it is $10 additional per month for fall alert. My 80 year old father cannot use any features beyond the time and emergency call button, so a lot of the features are wasted.However, we still kept the watch. It doesn’t look different than any other smart watch, which helps my dad wear it as he does not want to look like a fall risk. The customer service is actually really good, too. If they had been upfront about the subscription, I would have given it 5 stars.

Title: Does not work!!
Review: I bought this watch for my 80 year old mother and gave it to her for a Christmas gift. The first watch lasted two days before failing (wouldn’t charge) so I reported it to the company. They sent a second watch which would not charge at all straight from the box. I cancelled my subscription and the company offered no rebate for my wasted payments. Do not buy this product if you care about your loved ones.

Title: Watch
Review: Like it but accidentally set off. Finally heard operator on other end wanting to know if needed help. Could hardly hear her even though no background noise on either end. Apologized to her. Also comparing oxygen to my odometer, watch is about 10 points higher. Need way to make adjustments, especially with volume which I have as high as can go. Otherwise I like it

Title: Not too confident in the company, doesn’t keep a charge, can’t get the time correct
Review: I ordered this for my 85 year old father. It was delivered quickly and we called the number to set it up. The agent was nice.The watch has a small button on the side that his fingers do not push very well, you have to push it to see the time. It then shows a “smart” menu if you swipe left or right – again, my 85 yo dad has a lot of trouble manipulating the tiny screens.The time does not look like the picture, it shows digital hands. No way in settings to change appearance The time is off by 1 hour, I called to have it corrected, the agent said it takes 15 minutes and it’s been several hours – still wrong.They also promised an email to add emergency contact information; I had to call again to get it sent. It’s a form with a signature line – it has to be printed and either mailed or scanned/emailed back (no online option).The first night, dad went to bed with a full charge, woke up in the middle of the night and it was dead. It took almost an hour to fully charge it again. We are paying for fall detection (he had a fall at night that landed him in the hospital before, that’s why we got the watch).We may be sending this back and cancelling the service – I will update this review if I do.
