Title: Great value
Review: Amazing value for the cost. I have been using high end hearing aids ( costing $4000 per pair) for a number of years. While these worked fine I have had a number of problems with them stopping working and in some cases losing them. I ln addition I found that I didn’t use many of the features in the hearing aids including Bluetooth, the app, and the various listen modes.I got these hearings aids to use while high end pair were getting repaired. I have been surprised by how well they work, ease of use, and hearing quality.

Title: Strong volume, mostly “invisible”, value-priced; requires batteries
Review: These are BTE (behind the ear) RIC (receiver in canal) hearing amplifiers / aids; generally, the best type to me. In my trials and reviews this style has typically had better sound quality, are mostly “invisible”, and fit very well. Following are my observations for this par:SMALL BUT MANAGEABLE – Small can be good or bad depending on the style of and other factors of the hearing amplifiers. While these are very small, they are easy to use and manage even with my large hands.BATTERIES REQUIRED – Most of the hearing amplifiers I have tried and reviewed are rechargeable. These require one (Zinc-Air A13 size) battery per amplifier that last 200 hours per the Amazon listing. Name brand multi-packs are under $1 US per battery; non-name brand larger multi-packs can cost under $0.50 each.POWERING ON / OFF – There is no power button. These amplifiers turn on when the battery door is closed and off when the door is opened (or the battery is removed; they are small and could get lost pretty easily).FIT / COMFORT – For me these amplifiers fit great and are very comfortable. The go behind the ear and the receiver (gently) goes in the ear canal. TIP: Before inserting the receiver (silicone tip) ALWAYS make sure it is very snugly attached to the amplifiers so they don’t accidentally come off in your ear canal. These amplifiers are mostly “invisible when worn.SOUND QUALITY – For me the sound quality is good to very good; certainly acceptable. The sound is not to the level of “life-like” for me. In fairness, after wearing hearing aids over time the sound quality can have a perceived better sound quality. Thes amplifiers have 4 sound modes: Normal, Restaurant, Outdoor, and Music. Pressing and holding either the volume up or down buttons about 3 seconds switches modes. I could not really distinguish a difference between the modes but again, they could change with more extended use. Note I did not encounter any feedback / squelching sounds using these amplifiersAMPLE VOLUME – Volume is easily changed by pressing either the volume up or down button very briefly. To me the volume is very strong and I believe could do well for many with moderate hearing loss per the Amazon listing.INCLUSIONS – In addition to the hearing amplifiers / aids, inclusions are 2 required (Zinc-Air A13 size) batteries, a carrying case, 4 sets of silicone ear tips in assorted sizes, a small cleaning tool, and paper work (instructions, etc.).OVERALL – I like these hearing amplifiers / aids. A key consideration in deciding to choose these is it uses batteries. For me the sound quality is good to very good (very acceptable) and the price when I ordered them was a very affordable at just under $79 US. They fit me very well, are comfortable, and the controls are easy to use when wearing them (not always the case with others). Note my 4-star review is strongly influenced by the affordable price and not meant to be considered the same as a 4 star review for pricier choices.

Review: First I was not sure about these because of the price, but with some reserch and reading up on the product I gave them a try. The aids are easy set-up I did stumble getting the batterries in only because of my fat fingers. I liked the separate settting for the situation your in. So far very happy.

Review: I wear RX hearing aids but my wife will not. These are intended for her. She is new to wearing Hearing Aids. She needs them on occasion.The hearing aids come in a very nice package. It welcomes you to try them out. There is documentation, extra ear buds, a cleaning brush, batteries and a carry case.I compared the size to my Phonak behind the ear hearing aids and these are very close to the same size if not slightly smaller. These are comfortable to wear.After reading the manual, you insert a single battery (included) into each hearing aid. That is how you turn them on or off. You simply open or close the battery compartment door. The hearing aids can be stored in the case that is included.So I placed them into my ears to compare to my RX hearing aids. These are different. The RX hearing aids are completely adjusted to my hearing. These cannot be adjusted in the same way. These amplify the sound from everywhere across the entire sound spectrum. I found the lowest level of amplification and in mode one to be the best for my hearing. If I increased the sound volume, I also increased the background sounds. I could not tell much difference in the modes. Yes there was some but I felt the first mode setting to be the best for me. After trying these, I decided these would not work out for me.My wife, who does not always hear, is wearing these for occasional use. She tried these and at first did not like what she was hearing. She thought they were too loud. She made adjustments and found her favorite setting. She seemed to like that one. It is really interesting to hear her say that she is hearing sounds that she would not normally hear.She decided to wear these on occasion. She takes them when she goes out.We had one issue with these hearing aids. The tube on the right hearing aid did not conform well to her ear. The stabilizer kept popping out of her ear lobe. I emailed the company about this problem. I received a quick reply. We discussed the issue and finally worked it out. I am telling you from experience that I appreciate a company that is responsive to the consumer needs. They were willing to replace this to make us happy but I did not need a replacement. It needed an adjustment.So overall, these are fine. There are some things I would like to see in them. For instance, I wish it had Bluetooth. That way you could listen to music or make phone calls. A rechargeable battery would also be a nice feature. Of course, you would have to pay more also.The company is a good one and for the price these are fine.

Review: My poor mother is a touch mutton. That’s a bit of an understatement, she’s got really bad hearing sadly, which without her hearing aids, is akin to talking to a tree. However, her hearing aids are going a tad wonky and getting her to the hearing centre is easier said than done when they open 5-6 hours a week – so getting something as a backup/alternative seemed a great idea.In the box you get a nice Apple-esque case holding the hearing aids, there’s multiple tips to make it fit nicely, two batteries (standard hearing aid size), a cleaning tool and all the manuals needed to explain what to do.Once up and running, I put them in for my bemused mother and she could hear me…….just. A bit of playing around and she could hear me better “but not as loud as these” she said pointing to her regular ones which is a touch disappointing but it’s ok.I said it’s probably wise to use these as a backup (when we go get her ones fixed she’ll be able to hear at least) rather than her normal ones.But – having said all that – she really is very very hard of hearing, hence – if your hearing is a little gone or even not so good (as opposed to her being able to hear pretty much nothing without hers) then these are really good – even she can hear with them, albeit with caveats. Hence when we do get them fixed, she will still be able to hear and to me that’s worth it.

Review: The hearing amplifier is easy to use and comes with replaceable A13 batteries.Fits well in the ear and around it, sound quality is like in a big hall without echo.Finding the volume is a bit hard and also the buttons are a bit small.At the time of review, the price was £129.98, which in my opinion is an ok price to hear again.

Review: The hearing amplifiers come with 3 pairs of spare ear tips in different sizes, 2 batteries, a cleaning tool and instruction booklet and leaflets. Each ear is distinguished by a mark on the tubing blue for left ear and red for right ear. They fit well and there are 2 buttons on the earpiece over the ear for volume up or down. As I have slight loss in one ear I found them very good and clear sound with no issues.
