Review: Us older folks who need to exercise will find this very useful. Not only does it tell how to do the exercises, but it also tells why and the benefits of each recommended exercise. I’ve worried about the outside exercises punishing the knees, but this will be a great way to get proper exercise.

Review: I bought this book because I purchased another book that helps me with stress and flexibility. I wanted to take the next step so that I can now strengthen my body and core as I learn how to stress release with movement. I love the easy steps. I am obese and in my 50’s. I can actually do most of these movements. One thing I would love is to see each exercise to make sure I am performing them the correct way.
