Review: I had to give this book five stars because you really get two in one with this book. It’s well designed for seniors with uncomplicated instructions, simple images, and, on top of that, access to videos. What else can you ask for? The whole thing is very motivating, with the proper progression from beginner, with advice about listening to your body to establish where you are physically. The diet advice is also appropriate, focusing on small, compounding changes instead of a brutal total switch. This book delivers.

I’m glad to say you don’t need to buy a new chair any chair you have should suit. The instructions are easy to follow and has photos showing how to do each pose. It tells you the benefits of that pose and the muscles you are using so you can use it to address personal needs. It even includes a 21-day challenge for those who become quite fit. I purchased this book to support my mother with Parkinsons. I think it is well suited to her needs and would recommend it to anyone with limited mobility too.
