Title: sound quality is very poor; voices are not clear; very loud but very garbled
Review: I purchased this phone for my father who is very hard of hearing. At first he could hear only after pressing the “boost” button but the voices were crackling and garbled. We cannot use this phone and unfortunately it is too late to return it. Disappointing purchase.
