Title: Don’t waste your money
Review: I purchased this item trying to get a different phone system for my mother and purchase the phone system as well and two of those receivers because the first one didn’t work neither did the second I didn’t even waste my time trying to send it back the ease of use is terrible the quality is ridiculously bad I couldn’t even get it hooked up so if you want a system with the extra headset don’t waste your time buying this one

Review: Make it more clear which models are compatible with each other.I had a 403 base and accidentally bought a 402 extended handset. tried Syncing several times to no avail.I thought perhaps the different model number was due to the color since one was white and the other was black.I wish the packaging or instructions would say what they are and aren’t compatible with

Title: Cannot use with a landline
Review: There is no landline plug-in within the base of this phone and it gives you two directions to follow. Once the phone is powered up and neither one of the instructions is located in the base for this phone. When you call customer service, they will tell you in a message that their customer service center is closed… How’s that for customer service… If you buy this good luck, unless you can have it connect wireless, it will not be useful with a landline connection.

Title: I want to return the D703HS unit.
Review: I was unable to connect the D703HS amplified phone expansion headset to the base unit to use as an extension even though the base unit is a model E814 which the instructions say is compatible with the D703HS,I also took the base unit and the D703HS to two Geek squad locations and they could not connect the units.I phoned and e-mailed Clarity and they never responded to several messages.I wish to return the D703HS for a full refund.

Title: Great phone for the elderly
Review: My mother is 91 years old and wheelchair bound. This phone is perfect for her. It’s loud, so she can hear it very well. Large buttons make it easy for her extremely arthritic fingers to push. The base unit is simple and easy for her to understand.
