Title: Easy to set and use!! Great product…
Review: My mom is 90 and we are starting to see some difficulty with technology. I bought this phone to use as an extension to another base and extension. There was no box to click to leave a review on the base which includes an answering machine. So, I’m writing both reviews here. This product is perfect for seniors! The buttons are large, they light up when the phone rings, there’s a tone when the phone is properly put back in the cradle so you always know that it’s inserted correctly! The answering machine has large buttons and is very very easy to use. Just be aware that when you set this up, the extensions have to be registered with the base. They have to learn to talk to each other. It’s very very very easy to do. This is been a great improvement in mom’s life–she can make calls, receive calls and use an answering machine very easily. You may not think this is such a big issue, but at 90 it is. If you have trouble or have a relative or friend with trouble using the stuff, go buy this immediately. My seller was iShip. Fabulous! I would not hesitate to buy this or any other product from them! The whole thing has been a huge five-star experience!!

Title: No Clarity for Quality 1 year review
Review: This was an investment purchase, for we bought these phones for the whole house, voicemail and 5 extra sets. I bought them a year ago, The quality of this phone is great the buttons are nice and large the buttons are made so they don’t have a well visibly. This isn’t a phone for an elder. The phone has a sound boost for the speaker phone future but not just for regular use. The Clarity of the phone is horrible, muffled and cracks can’t understand anything people are saying.

Title: Volume not what was expected
Review: Purchased the Clarity amplified phone for my elderly father-in-law. After maximizing the sound the amplification on the phone was not what was expected and did not really help the situation. It took them a while to get it set up so by the time I got back with them I missed the 30 day return time by 2 days. Will continue searching for a good solution and try to sell these on ebay..

Review: Already owned the Base unit and 2 remote units. Needed a third unit and ordered it. This product is awesome for the hard of hearing. Upon receipt there was a question and upon calling the number provided my question was answered by a friendly and intelligent person. Highly recommend this product.

Title: Good Clear Phone For Hard Of Hearing
Review: I purchased this phone for my 85 year old mother who is hard-of-hearing and she is very happy with it. She really enjoys the “speakerphone” capability (something she was unable to use with other phones due to clarity of sound). I have purchase other phones for her in the past and had to return them due to disatisfaction, especially with sound clarity or difficulty of use for her. This phone is a mix of all good qualities – especially for the elderly or anyone who does not want to mess with a lot of extra features. She has only had it a short while now and hopefully it will stand the test of time!

Title: Hopeless for elderly
Review: I have purchased a number of these phones advertised for hard of hearing and/or visually impaired and unfortunately so far they all have glaring faults. This model has a boost button that inexplicably requires pushing each and every time you answer/use the phone. It defaults to a VERY quit mode that my Mother can’t hear at all. On top of that stupid “feature” the boost button is black and she can’t see it very well. Add to that the additional and separate volume control on the side where every other time she picks up the phone she inadvertently tanks the volume to zero. In effect utterly useless for my elderly Mother.
