Title: Initial bad experience turned to a good one by Zepp!
Review: I have mild to moderate hearing loss. When I first received them, they worked great. After 12 days, the left hearing aid stopped working. I contacted Amazon to exchange them. Customer Support advised that my only option was to return them, then order another pair. The price had increased by $200 by then. When Zepp found out, Janna reached out to me. She set up consultation to see if the first pair could be saved. They were defective. She offered for me to order directly from Zepp at the same price I had paid after I returned them to Amazon. I did and the second pair worked perfectly. Thanks to Janna and Dr. Andrews for turning a negative experience into a positive one!

Title: Great product with exceptional support
Review: I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, especially with something as personal (and sometimes frustrating) as hearing aids. But these completely changed the experience for me, and a big reason why is the customer service.First off, the devices themselves are comfortable, discreet, and surprisingly powerful. They really are nearly invisible, and the adaptive sound does a great job adjusting to different environments without me constantly fiddling with settings.But what really sets these apart is the support.The person I spoke with didn’t rush me, didn’t read off a script, and actually took the time to understand what I was experiencing. They walked me step-by-step through proper setup, fine-tuned the settings with me, and explained things in a way that made sense. It honestly felt more like talking to an audiologist than a typical customer service rep.After that call, the difference was night and day. Suddenly I could hear conversations more clearly, background noise felt more natural, and everything just worked the way I had hoped from the beginning.So if you’re considering these, here’s my biggest advice: don’t just rely on the app, call them. It makes a huge difference. The support is part of the product, and it’s worth taking advantage of.Between the comfort, sound quality, and especially the level of care from their team, I feel like I made the right choice. Highly recommend.

Title: The hearings aid are defective and do not work. They also did not send an acceptable label for UPS
Review: Please note that no one should purchase thisitem after a couple months one of the hearing aids stopped working. They also do not want to give a refund. However, after an agreement was made for a refund, they sent an incomplete label which is UPS did not accept. Would not ever purchase again !!!
