Title: The priornone lasted for 3 years
Review: Very good phone for the hearing impaired, especially elderly folk who want their electronics “simple”. It is that.. but loud ringer AND loud voice. This was the second phone… the prior identical phone lasted 3 years (and did require a LOT of rechargeable battery replacements). But, I was never able to find a phone for the elderly people in the family that was this easy to use and this LOUDnsonwebbought another of the same when the first stopped working.

Title: Bad instructions!!
Review: Instructions very difficult to understand , quality of phone is good but I still don’t know how to use it properly. I have asked several other people to read them and still don’t know how to turn answering machine on or off and other features??

Title: Not User Friendly for Elderly
Review: Although this item is needed for the hard of hearing/elderly person the complexity of dialing from a phone book is a letdown. There is not a one-button speed dial option that makes it difficult for persons who cannot complete a series of menus and buttons to dial out.

Review: We purchased this phone for our hearing impaired mother who had a very hard time understanding people who called her on the phone. She is now able to get and make phone calls to people without the worry of not being able to understand the conversation. Works very very. The ability to turn the volume up or down with a simple dial works very well.
