Title: Extra loud
Review: I purchased these phones for my mother who is both hearing impaired and vision impaired. The audio volume and clarity is superior to other phones that we have purchased. She is able to hear the phone ringing, answer it and hear what I am saying to her without using her hearing aids. This featuer is great.I am less impressed by the size of the buttons or the display. The buttons on this phone and the display does not appear to be any larger than a regular phone. Instead of producing a minimal-featured, large button phone, this phone tries to pack in additional features that requires the phone to have many smaller buttons. My mother cannot see or use any of these buttons. Fortunately, this phone incorporates auto-answer, so she simply picks up the phone to answer it without having to push the “talk” button. Without this feature, this phone would be useless to her.

Title: Life changer for my 88 year nearly deaf father
Review: My father is an 88 year old mentally 100% fiesty old dude who loves talking with people. When COVID hit several months ago he and my stepmother respected the curbs on behavior and only went out for exercise and to the grocery store during Seniors Hours. His interactions became limited to phone conversations.The problem is that several years ago a viral infection removed much of his hearing so talking with him on the phone was almost impossible. We tried Facetime and other face-to-face apps but it was too hard to get him to navigate.I then came across these phones and they were life-changers. He can alter the volume and tone with each conversation so that when he talks to me there is one setting that helps him hear my voice, with those deeper tones, and then there’s other setting for when he talks with my sisters with their higher tones.Overall I give these an A++ outstanding purchase award!

Title: Too Difficult to setup for the elderly- should be plug-n-play
Review: I purchased this for an elderly couple, a week later they wanted to return in because 2 of the 3 handsets didn’t work. I had to go to their home, read directions that were entirely too small and then connect each handset to the base station. This phone is designed for the hard of hearing ( mostly elderly) and they need simplicity. Plug it in and it works. LARGE font directions and plug-n-play configuration.
