Review: These color blind glasses work great. I have tested it with two individuals and found you could easily note its accuracy. It is made of very sturdy frames and come with a case to keep it in. I find it easy to clean and wipe off like typical eyeglasses.

Title: Ace the test, enjoy a bit more color, avoid poker
Review: Summary:The first week with these glasses have made me an ace on the color blind tests and even the real world seems a little more colorful, and no-one knows these glasses are a crutch for my special special eyes.So apparently I’m pretty color blind…People are always like “WOW! look at those beautiful orange leaves!” When all I see are darker green leaves. Or, “ummmm… I’m not sure that brown goes with your outfit” when all I see is green…Actually, it’s just at this very moment I’m wondering if this is why Green is my favorite color….Maybe you also feel like the world is gaslighting you, telling you that what you see is not reality?Well stop the madness, stop the madness now! With these Color Blind Glasses (maybe)!So the glasses come with this color blind test, just like the ones you’ve taken on color blind apps on your phone. You know the ones with the hidden picture or number inside a petri dish of different colored dots of different sizes.There were 6 tests that came with the glasses and you should see:57 – I saw a bunch of dotsSmiley – ok, well I do see a heart and a smiley in it :)Cup – I saw a bunch of dots86 – I saw a bunch of dots34 – you guessed it… dots88 – lol so this one I actually see a white 66 but off center from where my color conscience wife sees the 88.Ok time for the moment of truth, Glasses on:57 – 57! but it’s not vividSmiley – Smiley! ohhhhh, the “heart” I saw before was actually the eyes and smile and the smile I thought I saw before is the nose… lolCup – cup!86 – 86!34 – 34!88 -88! and um… still the off center 66 too.So from a test perspective, I’m an A student now! :DAs for the real world? Well, everything looks much more red…I guess orange juice looks more orange and less yellow.leaves are still about the same.But the manual says that it can take weeks/months for it to really help, so we’ll see.Something to note – These glasses are super reflective! Title: Nice sunglasses, unsure of if the color correction is very powerful though.
Review: I gave these to my husband who has red/green colorblindness. When looking at the color splotch tests he says he can see a difference right away, but when going outside everything just kind of has a pinkish tint. He likes them for the sunglasses aspect, but not for everyday color correcting use.

Title: Wishes will stay wishes
Review: Got these for my husband (who is colorblind) and he said that everything has a pink hue to it. I asked him to take a colorblind test online first without the glasses and then with the glasses and he did better without them on. Being red-green colorblind I really wanted these to work for him but they just seemed to fall flat. He wore it for the recommended time on the instruction sheet included with the glasses but still there was no improvement after one week. I’m glad that others have such good reviews for this product but my husband did not have the same experience.

Title: Modest improvement for red/green color blindness, better outdoors
Review: Story / Use Case:I have a friend with red/green color blindness with a stronger deficiency in red perception. I tested these both indoors and outdoors to evaluate how much contrast they could bring out. Outdoors in bright light, red tones are more distinguishable—especially in foliage and signs—making orange actually look orange and not as it appears yellow most of the time for my friend. Indoors, the effect is minimal and mostly just makes everything look tinted.What I Like:- Lightweight sunglasses form factor is comfortable for extended wear- Some enhancement in red/green contrast, especially under natural light- Works as basic UV sunglasses even when color correction is modestWhat I Dislike:- Indoors, it is very red- The red tint can be distracting and slightly darkens vision- Doesn’t fully “correct” red/green perception, just shifts contrast slightlyTips / Technical Notes:Best results are in high-light outdoor environments with natural greenery or signage. Don’t expect full color correction—this is more of a visual aid than a fix. Not suitable for tasks requiring precise color discrimination.Bottom Line:Decent for outdoor contrast improvement in red/green blindness, but limited indoor effectiveness and no dramatic color correction.

Title: Won’t work for everyone, but they’re great when they do
Review: These aren’t going to work for everyone. I have two colorblind people in my family, both with differing levels of red/green colorblindness. One of them said these glasses made a huge difference, the other said he saw better without them.I honestly think these need more fine tuning or at least classification to know exactly what varieties of colorblindness these will help, as they’re not universal at all.The glasses themselves are fairly sturdy and are comfortable to wear as well. Because the lenses are bright blueish green, it means it looks very odd to wear these indoors as it looks like you’re wearing sunglasses inside. They also seem to function better outdoors with more natural light.
