Title: Can Hear Birds Again!
Review: My husband has purchased several high quality hearing aids but due to an allergy to the plastic material that inserts into the ear he cannot use conventional hearing aids. He has to use the over the ear headphones. He LOVES this hearing amplifier with the “little box” that I can attach to my collar so we can now have conversations again. The clip on the “little box” is quite strong and hasn’t fallen off once. He has tried other similar hearing amplifiers and this one is far superior. He can hear birds that he has not heard in many. All the other hearing aids and hearing amplifiers are going into storage. We did purchase some little “head phone covers” that look like tiny white hair nets to help with keeping the head phones clean.

Title: Made My Mama Smile
Review: My Mama told me she can no longer distinguish what is being said at church or on tv this morning, even with prescription hearing aids. So I did some research & bought this device. It was delivered this evening. The directions were simple to follow. It needed to charge for 50 minutes, during which time we decided whether she’d prefer the headset or the earbuds. She had to remove her hearing aids to use either because it created a feedback loop, finally choosing the headset. However, the microphone improved the volume quality so much that she didn’t need her hearing aids. After listening to the tv for a few minutes with both sets, she decided that the earbuds worked best for her. The smile on her face made paying a little over $200 for the device well worth it.

Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?:My dad was very happy he can hear us again. This works differently than average hearing aids. Or I should said better and cheaper on the price. The remote mic helps when he went to the doctor and watching TV.

Title: Almost great
Review: This is a very good hearing booster and I would have given it 5 stars if it didn’t constantly reset all the settings, if you turn it off, it resets, if you turn on the remote, it resets, if you turn off the remote, it resets. I bought this for my 93 year old Dad and he has an impossible time trying to figure out how to get it set right for his hearing.When set right, it is incredible, if not, it’s another hearing booster that sort of works

Title: Scratchy sounding
Review: I gave it a 3 star review but am changing it to a 1. Sound is too load on the minimum and is vary tiny Sound. It’s hard to use for vary long. Then I went to use it and the external amplifier quit working. Tried to use the internal mic. But it didn’t sound any better and picked up every movement I made. I sent it back thank goodness it was within 30 days got my money back.

Title: It’s worth it!
Review: I did SO much research trying to find a device that actually works well for my elderly mother with severe hard of hearing and dementia. Those of us who truly understand what it’s like to care for an elderly loved one knows how difficult it really is! Most of them don’t prefer to wear hearing aids and don’t have the dexterity to apply, remove or manage a tiny hearing aid or they lose them! Other devices just weren’t loud enough or sound quality was poor. This one is the best one on the market and actually lives up to what it promises it will do! You will just need to check battery life and recharge it if it’s for someone who won’t remember to or if they don’t have the mental capacity to do it. I actually cried when I finally discovered it because there aren’t reasonable and practical resources for seniors!

Title: sound amplifier good for seniors
Review: My mother needs to wear a hearing aid to hear,but recently she sometimes hears and sometimes not,so she bought this sound amplifier. It has a remote microphone, which is very easy to use. It also has a rechargeable battery so there is no need to replace the battery. It is very convenient. it is convenient. She has been using it for a week and she is very satisfied. She can hear a lot more conversations than wearing a hearing aid.

Title: Great idea, but terrible sound quality
Review: A hearing amplifier can be a great alternative to a more traditional hearing aid for some people. Traditional hearing aids are prone to feedback squeals and often have tiny batteries that are difficult to replace. I was able to use this device without ever hearing any squealing and it runs off a built-in rechargeable battery and is charged by a standard USB-C cable.The main part consists of an amplifier with separate volume controls for the left and right side and has a built-in microphone. Plug in the headphones and turn it on, and you can wear this like an old fashioned MP3 player, but instead of playing music, it amplifies the sounds around you. You can also flip a switch on the bottom of the amplifier and have it amplify the audio from the remote microphone. The remote has a built-in microphone, or can be plugged into an audio source like a TV with the supplied cables. The remote could also be placed discretely and used to eavesdrop on conversations.I think this is a great idea with multiple potential applications, but I can’t stand using it because the audio quality is so poor. Everything sounds high pitched and tinny. I would love to try it with different headphones, but the only audio output is a USB-C connector that only works with the supplied headphones. I’ve tried using other USB-C headphones and a USB-C audio adapter, but neither worked. I’ve also tried to connect the headphones to my laptop and cellphone, but they aren’t recognized as an audio device. As such, I can’t tell if the poor quality audio is the fault of the amplifier or the headphones, but given that there’s no way to use a different set of headphones, the point is moot.
