Review: The instructions are unintelligible and there is apparently no way to change the photos on this picture phone. The pictures you see in the image on Amazon are glued to the buttons. I assumed they would be in a clear plastic sleeve so I could insert pictures of family. I was unable to find readable directions for programming phone numbers. This is the only phone I found with both picture buttons and caller ID but it will be unusable for my elderly loved one
