Title: high quality, comfortable, perfect fit
Review: We chose this cushion to add some decoration to my windowsill. The foam density of this custom cushion is much higher than the one I purchased previously, making it very comfortable to sit on. In addition, the cushion has a non-slip base on the bottom, effectively preventing it from sliding. I think this cushion is well worth the price.When the product arrived, the cushion was rolled up in a vacuum-sealed bag. After unpacking it, it gradually returned to its original shape. However, there were still some wrinkles on the cushion, so I contacted customer service. They responded quickly and resolved my issue, suggesting I use an iron to smooth out the fabric. Following their advice, the fabric did become smooth, and I am very satisfied with the result.The cushion is made from classic cotton-linen cream-white fabric, with anti-slip silicone particles embedded at the bottom. The dimensions are precise, perfectly fitting the windowsill.

Title: Great custom option for bay window bench seat
Review: I hesitated to order something custom on Amazon, but the measurements on this came in perfectly. When you get it, it will be super compressed for shipping, but it took less than an hour for it to get full size. The fabric quality is good and it’s very soft and comfortable, and I love the seams that were sewn in and the slip proof bottom so it stays in place, even though my Elementary School kids jump on it!

Review: This custom dark gray cushion is fantastic! It was designed specifically for my windowsill (3.15 inches thick) and has a non-slip design that keeps it firmly in place. Review: This purchase did not arrive on time. The pillows are horrible. They are not pillows, more of a flat pancake that you can’t use. I complained to the seller and was told they would refund me, however, they have not and I’m still waiting on the refund. The actual bench seat that came is not bad, but it’s not the right color but is useable. I could swear I ordered and paid for an extra cover as well but there is no way for me to see what I actually ordered since it’s custom. They said I didn’t so just have to go with that. You should take a photo of your order prior to submitting it. The seller was responsive to my complaint, they just didn’t do what they said. So now I have to complain through Amazon.
