Title: Excellent device to support nonverbal patient
Review: Really appreciate these devices whose function have been irreplaceable in caring for my mother. We purchased two sets for a total of 6 ringing receivers placed throughout all 3 levels of the house. Each receiver can be sync’d to multiple call buttons, so no issue combining sets.She wears a wrist band and we use another wall mounted button in select locations as a backup (one time the wrist button battery died overnight, though it’s easy to replace). Although we don’t need this many wrist buttons, the straps are enormous for her small wrists which means we need to tighten them to the smallest setting and yet they’re still loose so not the most comfortable. This has also led to the bands wearing out after a few months. Customer service has been helpful and we’re currently awaiting replacements with a newer nylon velcro model which I’m hopeful will be a better fit.The only time we’ve had problems with the range is when the battery in the call button was running low which would cause intermittent ringing response from some of the receivers. As demonstrated in the video, there are a total of 5 volumes including one silent with (subtle) flashing light only. The other two buttons allow you to rotate through various ringtones, although most of them are little melodies so we juts use the default doorbell sound. The lowest volume is sufficient in most cases, though the loudest setting is quite loud which we use in the garage in case someone is outside.

Title: Feeling safer with my mother being home with us
Review: I got this for my mother because a friend had told me about it. She let me borrow hers, as she didn’t need it at the time, but had used it previously for both her mom and dad at separate occasions.It really is a wonderful thing to have in your home if you’re taking care of someone with medical issues. With my mother, she’s a fall hazard. So having this button on her so she can press it and myself or my husband can get to her right away is really a piece of mind I haven’t had before.She has a medial alert button through a company. However, they will try calling her first, then me, and if no answer, then the paramedics.I feel her having this and wearing it in the house is much safer. If she does have a need, she can just push the button and one of us will come to her assistance ASAP.And, it is very easy to set up. A bonus for someone who doesn’t care much for techy things. 🙂

Title: Great product for caregiver call system – Works great and affordable
Review: This product was a life saver and was ready to go right out of the box. We could not use life alert as our Loved one continued to push the emergency button when she was having trouble with her TV. This one calls the me in the kitchen or other room to walk in and assist. The bell shut off is not connected between the units so my only recommendation for upgrade is to connect the bell actions. Our solution was a constant ring on the main house bell and a single ring in the other rooms. The volume was adjustable so we could here the continuous bell even from our bedroom. There are many bell sounds or ringtones to choose from including a christmas song. The watch was a good size even for our very small loved one and the extra caregiver bells were set up in the places the Hospice teams spends time with her. This is my number 1 medical purchase for our caregiver journey. Could also see this for kids and other uses – GREAT PRODUCTAT AFFORDABLE PRICE

Title: Great system that is worth every penny for the peace of mind it provides
Review: My grandmother’s house/property is located behind our property about a 100 or more feet away and this unit works amazingly well. I was worried that it would not have a strong enough signal to get through the walls of both of our houses but it does and was so easy to install/get up and running.She is not always able to get to a phone when she needs help and has a phone that frequently stops working so having this SOS button on a lanyard around her neck ensures that grandma can alert us when she slips/falls and can’t get up resulting in getting stuck on the floor sometimes over night.We can now rest easy knowing that she can always alert us when she needs help. Would highly recommend!
