Review: I bought this unit for my mother who is nearly deaf. I was sceptical as this has only a single ear plug but my mother’s ability to hear was instantly and dramatically improved! I can now have an easy conversation with my mother without any miscommunication. This has really changed my relationship with my mom. I’m so happy! No more yelling in an attempt to be heard and understood.

Title: Same company, different quality -want to return
Review: I also purchased from this company The Mighty Loud Ear for use outdoors. I liked it so well, the thought I would would buy one for in my house or office (only 1 other person in each). Its called The Loud Ear. Made by the same mfr (REIZEN), but you would never know it.Heraing on the Loud Ear is not even comparable with The Mighty Loud ear. Words aren’t as clear and I miss a lot of quality conversation becauseI I misconstrue and end up messing up the conversation.My fault I gues, I never once thought the quality would be lower on less volume-especially when I and in an enclosed room, not out doors or at a meeting with several people..If the manufacturer would take it back and give me full credit I would buy another Might Loud Ear.in a neartbeat. When is the last time you heard a company do that?

Review: Bought this device for my husband. I was hopeful it would allow him to hear the tv louder since I cannot get my tv ears to work with the Directv genie box now and I have tried all I know. Disappointed that the tv sound is scrambled and unclear…not good. However, for the price and the quality of the product it is a good device and much, much cheaper than hearing aids. It works well with voices. It is an amplifier. Partially satisfied with this product only because it disappointed me in tv listening.

Review: Do not do business with this company! Their product does not accept standard AAA batteries available for purchase in N. America. Once their ‘free’ batteries run out, the product is useless. Cosmic Star also does not honour the warranty they sell with this faulty merchandise and are an entire rip-off. Save yourself $$$ and frustration and instead purchase from an honest and reliable seller other than Cosmic Star.
