Review: I have used one of these for years and it is very reliable and can be used as a flashlight or all around lantern. Great inexpensive item for power outages. So I am buying more of them for family members as more power outages are expected due to large Data Centers being built.

Title: Compact, bright, great for large and small spaces
Review: I purchased these lanterns as a gift to my daughter whose apartment complex seems to lose power regularly. She is in a basement apartment in a building covered with ivy, so when the power and lights go out, it’s DARK in there! These are perfect for her situation.I also purchased some for my camper. While we can run electricity and/or use the battery to run lights, I try to avoid running the battery down when we’re on the road, so I use these lights instead. Because our camper is “wee” (only 15′), just 2 of these light up the entire thing. I bought the lights back in September. They came partially charged, so I fully charged them from my laptop once and haven’t had to charge them since, even after leaving them in the freezing cold camper all winter! Very impressive. We do have USB charging ports built into the camper, so we can just run a cord to one to charge these at will when they finally run out of charge, OR charge them from the computer.Easy to use, just pop open the top (lift straight up) and adjust up or down for the amount of light you want/need.I use the folding handles to hang the light from a Command hook on the wall in the camper when I need light over the beds, or set them on a flat surface to brighten the whole space.The flashlight feature is super bright and shines fairly far for the style.Compact size is perfect for small spaces, but with big, adjustable light for larger spaces. I’m extremely pleased. They’ve been a useful purchase.

Title: Will be great in a power outage
Review: Dear Florida was not hit by a hurricane in 2025, but if we lose power thru a hurricane or any other calamity, these lanterns are going to be a great help.As a test, I placed them in the sun for several hours to charge the solar batteries and put them in dark closets. The two test lanterns have lasted well over 48 hours. Their light has diminished some, but is still strong enough for a night light, to find a keyhole or not trip over the cat.The base has a flashlight. The unit has wire handles for carrying it horizontally for flashlight use or vertically as a lantern. Solar charging so no batteries required. I don’t want a power outage EVER, but these lanterns will make one more manageable.

Title: A great light/lantern for a great price.
Review: For the price, I was not expecting much. However, I was very impressed with how bright the spot light function is and how much light the lantern gives out. The fact I can charge these flashlights by using the USB cord or by solar are great features. I have not tried to use the USB port to charge my phone, but seems like it would be helpful if needed. These flashlight/lanterns are great and a lower price alternative to many of the other similar products.

Review: No manual, US socket when shipped to EU, 3 out of 4 solar panels has some visual defects so not good for gifts.Also I’m not sure if it would work from 220 V or I need proper 220V to 110V convertor.Update: changed from 1 to 2 star, charging works from 220V after buying extra adapters (US to EU).

Review: These are fabulous. We have them at the cottage for the kids to use to get to the sleeping cabin. Throw a good light and the kids use them to read and play in the sleeping cabin which does not have electricity. We leave them in a window sill and they charge beautifully with even limited light. Highly recommend.
