Title: Easy to Use and Very Helpful

Review: Another private label of the MSA product. I purchased two MSA devices in the past. This product works okay. Please note, this is not a perfect hearing device. It just amplifies sound like a microphone. Some people will hate this product because it does not have noise cancellation. It will amplify ALL sounds. If you want noise cancellation, you’ll have to pay for it.This is a good cheap product for those who are budget limited or if you’re dealing with difficult elderly parents that lose and break things. My elderly father had an expensive hearing device but he would lose it and he had a hard time changing the batteries. We made numerous trips to the audiologist. This cheap device made things better for him psychologically. The recharging feature is the best feature of this device. If they could add noise cancellation it would be better. If you want a premium product, look to the LifeEar Amplifier with noise cancellation but realize it’s 9-10x the cost. Also the bad thing with expensive devices is that they are not rechargeable and require watch batteries.

Title: Great Product but Short Life!
Review: Bought this device 11 months ago and it worked really well, when I used it.Lately over the past 2 months, I’ve been using it every day and a few days ago it starting intermittently going in and out. Finally stopped working completely today. It was a good run for $20, and it’s just too bad that Todays products aren’t made to last very long.

Review: updated informationclearly the “500h battery life” information, is just wrong. not for this unit.the amplifier has a rechargeable battery. recharge time is typically between 2h and 6 h.my first purchased (old) amplifier degraded over the course of a year. !the new amplifier amplifies much stronger than the old onesuspicion: the old amplifier microphone became less sensitive ??OVERALL: the purchase of a new amplifier was a good decision.I now expect a good year out of the new “hearing aid” – BUT at $26.- who cares.Also cleaning the ear buds is much, much easier and much, much less costly than for my $5,000 “famous brand” hearing aids===========Old review:This is only an amplifier, you cannot change the frequency response, have an audiologist “adjust” the amplification for your ears and needs.But since most old age hearing loss is nerve damage, and that nerve damage is very similar for most people of old age, they have raised the amplification for high frequencies above 4kHz (i.e those frequencies that define speech) were raised “generically” And that works fine for me.The ‘four channel noise cancellation’ you cannot change either.But this unit in a “restaurant situation”, “in a car” or “in crowds” is no worse (or better) for me than my 2x $2,500 “famous name brand” units.

Title: Charger faulty, not great sound
Review: So, my kids were complaining that I always have the TV too loud, which I probably do😂 After spending years working in clubs and playing in bands while I was young, my hearing has definitely started to go… So, I bought this hoping it would help.The Good: It does amplify sound, but you need to work with the volume a bit to find the sweet spot. You also need to try all the silicone fittings and find the one for you.The Bad: It amplifies all sound, but not equally… kind of strange that I can hear the ticking of the clock in the next room, but not the voices on TV 10 feet away. The charger base is faulty. I plugged it in and the light was flashing red, instructions said to charge initially for 10-12 hours with red light and should be green after. Charged overnight, still flashing red. Decided to see if that meant there was a connection issue, it was! After several times plugging and unplugging, finally got it to stay red. Let it charge 10 hours and it turned green and worked.Plugged it in this morning, flashing red again!Took 20 minutes of fiddling with it to get it to work… I know this will be an ongoing problem until it breaks completely and it only has a 30 day warranty on it, so back it goes! It does not work well enough to be worth the hassle.

Review: Da quando mi si è abbassato l’udito ho provato alcuni apparecchi (a batteria) per ovviare al mio problema di udito con un consumo notevole di batterie, alla mia ricerca di qualcosa di più moderno sono riuscito a trovare questo prodigioso apparecchio con un suono senza fruscii e disturbi vari e con carica batteria. Sono rimasto entusiasta dal funzionamento, ne prenderò un’altro.

Review: J’étais optimiste pour ce produit mais hormis la belle couleur, je n’ai rien de positif à lui attribuer :- le son est horrible. L’amplification de certains bruits est insupportable et parasite les sons durant des conversations, c’est intenable. Son robotique- la boucle qui va dans l’oreille (écouteur) est inesthétique, visible de loin mais surtout douloureuse sur l’oreille. De plus elle est trop courte- j’avais besoin de cet appareil pour mon oreille gauche mais elle ne s’adapte qu’à la droite … Ce n’est absolument pas un appareil qui peut s’adapter aux deux oreilles de manière interchangeable- je n’ai pas pu tester la durée de la batterie car je ne l’ai pas véritablement pu porter- Le côté qui est censé tenir sur l’oreille ne tient pas car trop gros, impossible donc pour moi de le porter- l’appareil était pas cher mais clairement pas de bonne qualité non plus, je suis très déçue et vais le renvoyer car je ne peux pas l’utiliser.
