Title: Does it work? It does!
Review: Edit! I got an rca to hdmi adapter cable and we are back in business! I’m not sure why the original connection didn’t work, but now that we’re connected I can report that the features perform as promised. A voice announces the zoom and video modes when you press the buttons on the top and sides. My elderly mom especially likes the ability to invert dark to light. We put a tiny type pill bottle up to it also great success. You just need to hold the viewer and move the bottle around to get each portion in focus.Okay so I’m still not giving up, but so far I have not got this thing to work. The instructions were pretty simple: go to the video ports and plug it in. Well, to start, not every monitor or tv will have rca video ports anymore. So adapters may be necessary. I’ll check back when I’ve decided if this can work, but so far it turns on but the tv doesn’t show any indication it’s getting an image.
