We kicked off the day at EPCOT savoring the final moments of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. We rode Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind twice in a row—what an epic ride! Later, we soaked up the sun at Coronado Springs Resort’s pool, enjoying a relaxing afternoon with a tasty poolside lunch. The evening took us to Disney Springs, where we dined at Chicken Guy (hello, amazing sauces!) and did some magical shopping at the iconic World of Disney store.
