We started our morning slow and cozy in our stunning hotel room at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort before heading over to Disney’s Riviera Resort for a leisurely lunch at Bar Riva, where the Mediterranean vibes and delicious bites stole the show.
After lunch, we strolled through Epcot to savor more incredible offerings from the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival—a must-do for any Disney foodie!
The highlight of our day? Dinner at Jaleo by José Andrés at Disney Springs, where the restaurant’s management pulled out all the stops to give us a truly VIP dining experience. From authentic Spanish dishes to jaw-dropping presentations, this meal was nothing short of spectacular. Thank you to Jose, Wine Director and MJ, General Manager for making our experience truly unforgettable!
