Title: Excellent system for the right application
Review: I was pleasently surprised with this drip system. The quality is great, its easy to install, easy to program, and works well. You do need batteries as it does not come with any but that is nothing major. I didnt even notice the sprayer nozzles when I bought it and they ended up working very well for what I needed them for which was watering patches of plants. If you are watering single plants that do not grow in patches I would not recommend using this type of sprayer nozzles since they cover a larger area than you most likely need watered. I reccomend sticking with a system that uses your basic drip spout as it would work best for you application.

Title: Good system, terrible instructions
Review: This system was easy to install, and the timer works well. The documentation was clearly not written by someone fluent in English. This makes things interesting if you have questions about things like, “Do I need to add a backflow preventer or is it built in?” It will leak at connections to the faucet, and the check valves leak a little bit. The tape included in the kit makes it easy to take care of the connections to the faucet. No problem. With the check valves, I recommend just having those on the edge of the bed and count it as bonus watering. This is much better for plant health than hand watering. If you want consistent watering, I highly recommend a drip irrigation system and this is a terrific way to get started.

Title: Would recommend—but read first and bring a lighter!
Review: As long as you use a lighter and really work the plastic tubing around the fittings for the sprinklers, it’s a super solid kit. We go camping a lot in the summer, and I need an irrigation system I could solidly rely on. There’s a learning curve to the timer, but YouTube helps. Got it set up for 12 tomato plants, a couple squash, some herbs, and a zillion strawberry plants and potted plants and trees in a couple hours. Had to fix a couple tubes I had not worked hard enough to get warm (lighter) and mold to the fittings. Best way too to plug an end that’s thin is to just cut a little bit of that tubbing, use a lighter, and clamp the plastic together with your fingers like putty to make it water tight. I used the plugs that came with the kit initially, and they just blew right out of the tubes. Best to just melt them. A month and a couple camping trips away later, and my garden looks fantastic. Would recommend. Great water pressure too! Easy to install. Took so little time compared to other systems I’ve used. And my plants are healthy and happy.

Title: Inconsistent and has killed many plants
Review: This system works sporadically and I blame it for killing many of my plants because I trusted the timer to work when I set it, but then when i don’t pay attention or go out of town it suddenly stops and won’t start again. I highly recommend not buying it! I spoke with customer service and they traded for another but it still does the same thing.Then I purchased 2 other brands including this cheaper one – I’ll link below – and they work great – like as they should, consistently. https://a.co/d/0iSDE5shI would just buy irrigation tubing separately if you get the one I suggested or another manufacturer.

Title: Going to be what I need…in 2026
Review: This is going to be a daunting task. I wanted to set up for this year’s garden but I attempted it too late in the season. It’s going to take more time than I thought so I went with soaker hoses again this year. I think this is well made and it looks like it’s going to be easy to install however I think it’s going to take more time than I have right now. If you’re interested in a system such as this – grab it during the off season and, if your beds are permanent, you can basically get it set for the start of next growing season. IF you change the beds or are revamping things, wait till your plants are in place to be sure the sprayers are in the correct locations.
