Title: Wet to dry.
Review: Yep, it dries them out! After wearing the aids for an average of 12 to 14 hours a day, the hearing aids absorb a lot of moisture. I use this daily and sometimes twice a day (rain or humid days) and happy to know this dehumidifier does the work.I highly recommend this for keeping your hearing aids dry.

Title: Janky, doesn’t work well
Review: Very poorly made. Sometimes the light comes on, sometimes it doesn’t. Yes, I read the manual. Anyways, doesn’t seem to do much. And I was hoping this would be small enough for travel, but it’s not much smaller than the other dryers available on Amazon, so it’s not really especially convenient. Worst of all worlds. I recommend getting one of the more robust dryers since the size of this is fairly large so not really especially convenient.

Title: it takes a bit to get used to the operation
Review: I panicked that it had stopped working a few times, but learned to hold the button down longer.I wear two behind-the-ear aids, and have very greasy ears. I needed a wireless method of getting the aids dried out every day. When I saw this, I was quite excited to get one. The first shipment I received was a totally different product – with an adhesive tag stuck on top indicating it was the product I ordered. (sigh) I returned that one and re-ordered. The right one arrived quickly. I love having it within easy reach of my bed, so I can pop the aids in, start the cycle and get on with life.

Title: Very hard to open if you have arthritis!
Review: Uv light only worked about 3 weeks. New batteries did not help. Threw it out. The worst purchase I ever made.

Title: Expensive and difficult to open/close
Review: This sounds like a great idea but this caddy has three sections that screw on/off. The top section for the batteries always comes unscrewed when I try to open the caddy section. The battery sections opens easily; the caddy section opens only with a good deal of effort. The disks are really expensive and last only a month, according to the directions. It would be better if there was some sort of indication showing the status of the disk. I recommend going with a simpler/less expensive alternative.
