Title: Terrible customer support!
Review: Terrible customer service. The left hearing aid doesn’t work. I called the customer service number that’s provided with the hearing aids. The customer service representative asked me if I purchased from Amazon, when I said yes she refused to do any trouble shooting. She told me to return for an exchange. I’m returning them for a refund. Why would I exchange them when I know that customer service doesn’t exist if you purchase them from Amazon? The only positive, the right side seem to work well. I would caution use caution when purchasing these.

Title: Definitely recommended for a 1st time user!
Review: I’ve only had them a couple of hours so maybe this is premature. They came charged and ready to use. I took the time to read all the information and to register an account with warranty info too. Then I started playing around. My hearing is pretty good in one ear so I’m only using the one aid in the bad ear. So far, it’s been nice to hear sounds in that ear again. I wanted them mainly for watching TV so I didn’t have to constantly be adjusting the volume.Verdict: So far, so good. It makes a huge difference but as the booklet states, it takes time to adjust. Walking around my house I’m hearing everything like my creaking floor, light switches and dishes. Right now it’s exciting but I’m sure that’ll change quickly to an annoyance. Once I’ve had more time to play with them I’ll fine tune them for specific needs as the booklet instructs.So I’m going to have to say that for the price I’m going to be a happy camper. I’m not expecting expensive, high quality results so I’m not disappointed at all. Without having any other type of hearing aid to compare them to I can’t make that kind of decision. But for the first time trying them out, I think they’re pretty darn nice! Oh, yes… almost forgot. It’s very very comfortable. I’ve forgotten a few times that I’m wearing it.

Title: Loud screeching!
Review: Loud screeching noise in your ear! And when you put them in your ear your fingers adjust the volume because the back of the ear bud is touch sensitive. Otherwise would have been ok
