Title: This product stopped working after a month.
Review: This product stopped working after a month, and I’m getting the run around with all three parties involved. The warranty people want me to send it back to the manufactor. The manufactor has yet to return my calls or emails. The online store wants to charge me a re-stock fee if I return it to them.

Title: MY EAR WAS TOO SMALL FOR THESE
Review: VERY GOOD COMPANY THAT REFFUNDED MY MONEY WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT THE HEARING AIDS WOULD NOT STAY IN MY EAR BECAUSE OF THE SHORT EAR CANAL I HAVE. THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN THEM AND REFUNDED MY MONEY. VERY HAPPY!

Title: Ok for temporary use
Review: These hearing aids are not going to be as good as prescribed ones, but if you’re struggling with payment or insurance coverage for prescribed ones, these can be helpful to use until you’re able to get non-OTC ones. I wouldn’t recommend relying on these longer term, only as a temporary solution to hearing loss issues until you can get something better paid for.It is pretty important to read all the instructions included, as you must fit them properly and set your volume properly. They’re relatively comfortable if used properly. The sound is clear enough to hear things you need to hear, but you’re not going to have some audiophile type of experience with these, but you’ll be able to hear things like speech clearly enough to know what is being said.

Title: Impressive, almost “invisible”, simple to use, and affordable
Review: After trying quite a few lower cost OTC hearing aids, I found these to be a very pleasant surprise. They are very small and are “invisible” head on and still not very visible when from the side (when someone is looking at your ear from a reasonable distance). They are clearly marked R and L, fit in my ears nicely felt secure, and have a nice “pull pin” making them easy to remove. There are 9 volume levels, and I did encounter some squelching setting the volume (as I could not avoid temporarily covering the mic that caused the issue), but I only needed to set the volume once so I don’t see squelching as an issue. The sound quality and sensitivity were both excellent, and I did not experience annoyingly unwanted sounds very much (i.e., hearing my own voice footsteps, etc.). They have noise reduction, but a nice to have would have been Bluetooth for taking calls and listening to music. One design issue is the top of the storage / carrying case is not attached to the case by a hinge, etc., so while there is no worry about the hinge failing, there is a chance of losing the case top. It comes with a USB C charging cord, extra ear pads (various sizes), a cleaning brush, wax replacement tools, and instructions however it also comes with what I consider “extras” in the form of including an AC wall adapter, and a drawstring storage / carrying pouch. Bottom line for me is they work very well, are simple to use, and not very “visible”. For me, not having Bluetooth is a bit of a detractor and I consider these a 4.5 star set, rounded up to 5-stars.
