Title: Great magnifier that’s small and convenient
Review: Very pleased with this purchase. I originally tried a similar product, but it was so flimsy that you couldn’t even open the battery door without breaking it. This one is more solid and appears to be a clearer magnifier.

Title: NICE POCKET LED MAGNIFIER
Review: I bought this since it had mostly good reviews. It appears sturdy, and the most prevalent complaint seems to be the battery cover falling off. That seems to have been addressed, as there is now a small screw holding the cover in place. As for the “body” falling apart, I pre-emptively put a piece of electrical tape around the body just above the logo, although it didn’t seem to really be needed. I plan on keeping this in my pocket and using it mainly for reading menus in dimly lit restaurants, so I am not anticipating heavy battery drain (they are replaceable). Speaking of the battery, the product photos (when I purchased it), shows 2 different batteries, CR1220 and CR1130. The seller promptly replied to my inquiry, and said that the CR1220 is the correct one, they upgraded to the CR1220 from the CR1130. The light works well and is certainly bright enough to read a menu in a dimly lit restaurant. The magnification was enough (with the LED) to enable me to read fine print in a completely dark room. I recommend this if you need a portable pocket magnifier. Just a note – the clincher for me was a $3 coupon at the time of purchase.

Review: This is pretty slick and it fits easily in my purse. Okay, that’s the good part. There are no instructions included. The batteries are extremely difficult to install. I lost one battery- it’s somewhere in my house, so I just bought a package of that size battery (figured I’d use them sooner or later)- I know the company would have sent a battery, but Amazon would do it sooner. I really like it, and I know you will too. Just watch out for the batteries.

Title: Pocket Magnifying Glass 3x with Bright LED Light – A GREAT INVENTION!
Review: The pocket magnifying glass with the bright LED light is fantastic! I have vision problems, and even with glasses I frequently have trouble reading menus, small print, bills, theatre programs, etc. This has solved all of those problems. I probably wouldn’t use it to read a book, since the glass is not large, but it is perfect for everything else, and the light is also very useful. The glass is distortion free, and makes such a big difference in the size of letters and numbers that you are reading. It fits in my pocketbook very easily and does not take up a lot of room. If you don’t want the light to shine, simply don’t slide the lens out of the covering to the full extent. The lens (magnifying glass) slides into the compartment very easily, and is thereby protected from scratch marks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I received it promptly too!I just purchased this item a second time it is so good, figuring it will come in handy to have one next to the computer at all times, and the other one in my pocketbook. I also wanted to add that it is great at reading small print on anything, so it comes in really handy for reading prescription bottles too.

Title: Built without future use in mind.
Review: Great pocket magnifier except if the screw falls out the whole device easily comes apart and good luck finding it or a replacement. I have had to use good old duct tape to hold it together after snapping and sliding it back together. The fact that the batteries keep the glass steady once you pull it out is terrible especially considering all this abd that those using these need a magnifying device to put it back together, some changes are needed.
