Title: Great for senior citizens
Review: Seems like a great phone that’s easy to use for senior citizens. Can’t provide much more information because I had to return the phone because it wasn’t compatible for the network I wanted to use it on.

Title: Nope
Review: I really hoped this would work for our mom with severe dementia. Unfortunately it has a cradle charger that is unstable and ill-fitting. None of us can get it to stay in the cradle. Even when the phone is on and charged, it often goes straight to voicemail (that does not exist). She does not find the buttons helpful or intuitive. It seemed like a really good concept (minus the charging dock). No thank you.

Title: Disappointing. Didn’t work properly.
Review: The idea of this is good. But there are quite a few small things that make it difficult. We first had issues with it picking up reception. Kept falling to 2G or 3G network which those networks aren’t around if you use providers like TMobile. The phone itself is much smaller in your hand and can slip out of your hand easily. Especially older people with arthritic hands, etc. They should have gripper edges. The 4 buttons are easy enough but you push one and it doesn’t always call. Sometimes it will ask you to call phone number A if thats what you pushed. It should just automatically call it. Just an added step not needed. The menu screen is super difficult. There is no way an elderly person can get to that. And thats where you have to activate the flashlight. So its pretty useless. This whole item needs to be rethought with actual older people trying it out and a better way to make sure it rings. You also cant adjust the level of the ringer. Only the voice level…but only the voice while they are talking. You push the up or down while not on a call it screws the phone menu items up. I would recommend looking elsewhere. This phone is too glitchy.

Review: We bought this phone for my elderly parents who didn’t have a phone already. Since they are in their eighties, they couldn’t manage a smart phone so we needed to find something that was simple enough for them to use. This phone fit the bill. No issues with setting it up on our Virgin account. The only issue we had was where we live it kept dropping to 3G (we live in a valley with touchy cell service) and we had some trouble with setting it up and getting a signal. Once at my parents’ home, everything worked great. We tested the SOS feature and it was fantastic. We now feel better knowing that our parents have a phone that with one touch of a button, they can call for help if needed. Thanks for creating something that is designed to the older generation. My only suggestion is to make the side arrows a little bit bigger. This phone is quite small and for some people, it may prove problematic for the size of them. Otherwise, definitely 5 stars from our family. I will follow up on my review in the future, if needed

Review: Bought it for my 76 years old mother. Initially, I had an issue with the phone and the Easyfone customer support was able to provide me swift and valuable support. They were honest and backed their warranty without problem.I bought two other phones from the same manufacturer (the A1 and the T300). I would recommend the T300 over the A7 because it is larger, is a flip phone (you do not have a key to slide a key to unlock it) and appears to be more solid and more intuitive to use.Btw, the GPS function never worked. I tried many times. I guess the phone needs to be in the open in order to work (not inside a building)

Review: I had high hopes for this phone, but the only plus is the cost. Toggling through all the functions are way beyond most technologically challenged Senior, mine is 88 years. Battery life is short and the cradle more often that not does NOT allow ease of charging. Even to answer the phone, the tiny green phone button is too small and not ergo friendly. Overall, not a phone for those that just was a cell phone to talk on.

Review: I once gave my mom a 2021 Samsung phone. She uses it every day, but she never takes it out because she thinks it is too heavy. Because I have heard the news of the old man being lost or injured many times, I don’t want to lose contact with her. A friend recommended me to go to Amazon to find a relatively small “elderly phone”. So I found this “Easyfone Prime-A7”. After receiving it, I was first attracted by its exquisite and compact body. After inserting the card, I admired its clear call quality again. Now my mom takes it out every day. I don’t have to worry anymore.
