Title: Disappointing Experience
Review: Disappointing Experience, Returned Same DayI was really looking forward to trying the Edifier Bluetooth hearing aid because the concept and features sounded great. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and I even had a friend with an I.T. background help me. Unfortunately, despite all efforts, the device just wouldn’t work properly.The volume was inconsistent, and it would suddenly screech or echo without warning. I suspect electromagnetic interference (EMI) might be a factor, as the issues were random and made it unusable. While I did like the compact size and design, the malfunction prevented me from actually experiencing the product’s performance.I just received it and, sadly, had to return it the same day. Now waiting on my refund, which should be covered under the 30-day return policy.
