Title: Hearing Aid okay, bluetooth headset function better
Review: I have a severe hearing loss and my premium quality bone conduction hearing aid just stopped working (they were 20+ year old so a good run) and high quality hearing aids that are customized take about a month to be custom tuned/ordered after a hearing evaluation (depending on how fast you can get an appointment). I bought these in a pinch and did not have high hopes given mixed reviews. As a bluetooth headset for streaming music from your phone or tablet as the only sound input this product works well and I’ll definitely continue to use them for that purpose after I purchase a new premium pair of hearing aids. As a hearing aid they work well indoors for listening to TV or having phone conversations (with TV off), but as others have said they do not have noise-filtering features necessary to help handle multiple sound sources. In the car or outside it becomes difficulty with passing cars, driving over bumps, loud sirens, etc. the hearing aid does not interpret these sounds well at all and what is heard amplifies as a loud static noise or echo. As far as switching between settings it is easy. When turned on initially it wants to connect to bluetooth and reconnects automatically to the device if you turn your phone or tablet’s bluetooth on. To switch to hearing aid you then just touch the power button rapidly twice and it then changes over to hearing aid mode. My rating is a three, not because I think they’re great as hearing aids, but because they function as bluetooth head sets and for $110 you can’t beat that price for the indoor use function of the hearing aid when my premium hearing aids cost $5000. Other drawbacks are no ability to adjust the position/size/location of the headband for bone conduction oscillator placement. They come in different sizes for general fit, but comfort could be enhanced if minor movement was enabled.

Title: Success as used for headphones
Review: I have enjoyed using these as headphones, connecting by Bluetooth to my tablet.I originally bought and intended to use them for hearing aids, but did not have success, in that capacity. They really did amplify everything, however in my situation , ambient noise was too loud and I could not hear what people were saying . Adjusting the volume did not help. I have not had success with other hearing aid devices either, so your experience may be different. I have kept these , because they are useful as headphones .

Title: Sounds quality is not good
Review: I have cochlear implants and wanted some type of alternative as a back up, or to give my head a rest from the magnets on my baha, but the sound quality is very poor. For the price, I expected better quality.

Title: These are not so good
Review: The concept is good but these fit terribly. The sound quality is subpar and has a tinny sound to it. In amplifier mode, they have a lot of problems with wind noise. I would not buy these again. I have had Shocs and love them but thought I would try these but they are terrible.
