Review: This is a simple, practical, and fully functional device. I plugged it into my computer’s USB port and it was ready to use immediately for my next video call. The sound quality was more than sufficient for the meeting; I could hear everyone clearly, and they could hear me clearly too. The microphone boom easily bends to the right position. The earcups are also quite comfortable to wear. Overall, the headset sound quality and microphone are excellent.

Title: Terrible experience when muting the microphone
Review: Audio quality is good, but when you mute the microphone it mutes the audio of any other speakers and says “Microphone On” or “Microphone Off” which is incredibly annoying – I’ve never had a pair of headphones do this and there is no way to disable this feature. It even does this if you mute using Windows or mute via the built in mute button on the headphones. It’s so annoying that I’m going to return them – I can’t stand it!

Review: I guess they are very good headphones, however, I had to return them because no USB-Bluetooth Key were in the pack so I was not able to use them.They are very confortable, light weighted and look very qualitative though.If you are using a mobile phone or a laptop that doesn’t require a USB/Bluetooth key, I am sure it would be a very good and useful product.

Review: Ordered the headset and found the sound quality to be good and fit to be comfortable.Sadly, though it seemed well packaged, the dongle was missing from the box. The dongle was a key selling point.Initiated a refund with Amazon but decided to contact the seller, EKSA, for a resolution. It couldn’t hurt.So glad I did. Customer Service apologised, said they would assess the QC, and promptly sorted out the issue.For the customer service, they get a 5* rating despite the initial missing dongle. Plus the product is good, clear for business calls, and seems reliable so far. Recommend.
