Title: Great chair, excellent instructions and packing
Review: Just assembled the chair. I’ll update if there are any problems. So far I can’t say enough about the packing, labeling and instructions. The chair itself is amazingly comfortable. This feels like the premium chairs we pay $600 – $800 for at work. I was very surprised. I buy a new **** chair for my wife every year. Doesn’t seem to matter how much I spend, the things just dont last. She came to me with this one and I bought it thinking it would be another waste of money, but if it makes her happy I’m happy to oblige. It looks like she picked a winner (no surprise as I’ve been the one picking up until now).The packing is phenomenal. I don’t see anything happening to this chair in transit unless it gets crushed. Keep the box for all the wrapping material, you’ll need it.Labeling and instructions are excellent. Anyone who can turn the supplied wrench and read English can put this together. The instructions are well written, and the pictures are detailed and easy to understand. The instruction manual (yes I’d call it a manual) is printed on premium paper and everything. The screws, tool and pieces are all well labeled and they don’t just send you some little Allen wrench that will hurt your fingers, this is an Allen wrench with an ergonomic handle on it.All together I’d say this is a premium product at a great price. The chair is steady, comfortable, easy to assemble and darn near infinitly adjustable. If you’re on the fence, get it. You’ll see what im saying.

Title: Excellent Chair – Premium Quality and Easy Setup
Review: Everything about this chair feels first class. It arrived in a compact box and was extremely well packaged, with every piece wrapped securely. The screws were clearly labeled (with both letters and names), and they even included spare hardware.Assembly was straightforward thanks to the well-written, full-color instruction manual. The footrest can be installed in three different positions, which is great for different heights.The mesh seat and back are very comfortable, and the chair offers tons of adjustments: seat height, lumbar support, headrest, and highly adjustable armrests (up/down, in/out, swivel, and flip back completely).I wasn’t sure I needed a footrest, but I’m so glad I got it—combined with the lockable recline positions, it’s perfect for working, reading, or even relaxing.Bonus: the company will send either a padded seat cover or rollerblade-style wheels for carpet or hardwood. I got the wheels.Tip for negative reviewers: follow the instructions carefully, choose the correct height setting during assembly, and adjust the tension knob under the seat.I love this chair. Highly recommended.

Title: The “Perfect” Office Chair!
Review: Right from the delivery/box/packaging, I was impressed. The packaging was fantastic — well-protected and clearly designed to prevent any damage in shipping. Assembly took me about 15 minutes, and everything fit perfectly. I was worried about my impression when I first opened the box, it seemed like there were a million and one pieces making for a potential assembly nightmare. That was far from the truth.The chair itself is solid and sturdy. This chair easily feels like something that should cost much more. I spent days contemplating over which one to buy — there are just so many out there — and after trying chairs in the stores along with doing my research on line, I can confidently say ELABEST X100 was a solid purchase.Feature-wise, this chair checks every box for me: a fold-out footrest, a fully adjustable headrest, adjustable lumbar support, a breathable mesh seat, and a three-position reclining lock. The entire chair is super comfortable — providing the perfect level of support and comfort.For context, I’m 5′ and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I spend 8+ hours a day in this chair, and I don’t feel fatigued/numb/sore. Title: Great chair and the support is even better!
Review: I love this chair. It is a replacement for one I bought years ago and has lived a good life but now needs to “go upstate”.The quality is obvious from when you start unpacking – well thought out and very protective of the contents, The instructions are clear and concise. I’ve put these together before, but this one was a breeze. It took me about an hour and I was not rushing.The chair is very comfortable and has many adjustments. I especially love the lumbar adjustment which adjusts in multiple axis (up/down/in/out).As a congratulation for completing assembly, you are offered a choice of free seat cover or roller blade wheels. I opted for the wheels, which were shipped two days later, arrived in a week and are glorious. The chair glides across the floor now and I love it.The one issue I had was the height is about an inch higher than my previous chair, which caused the armrests to be slightly higher than the keyboard tray at my desk and this caused me some discomfort when I spent a long time at the computer. This is the part where Ada from Elabest support came to the rescue (she is also the one who so quickly sent the wheels). She had sent me a message asking how I liked the chair with the roller wheels (who follows up on those things?). I told her how much I liked them and then mentioned the height issue. She offered to send me a shorter gas piston to lower the height and solve my problem and the piston is already on the way. I cannot express how impressed I am with Ada and Elabest customer support.In summary, this is a great chair and I think also a great value and if you have any issues, you will be very pleased with the support you get.
