Title: Quality Lamp
Review: This is a very nice floor lamp. It casts a lot of light up and down. It is easy to build, the instructions are really good. I love that it has turn knobs to adjust the brightness rather than push buttons, they seem to work better. I also really like the diffuser on the lights, so if you do look at the light it doesn’t blind you. I’ve been using it for about 5 months and I haven’t had any issues with the lamp. I have a similar lamp that initially was great but started to flicker after a few months so I was really happy when this one did not start to flicker. This lamp is definitely made from quality materials. The base is super heavy, it isn’t going to fall over. The frame/post is pretty stout as well. The screws were already in place when I went to build it so be aware of that if you think you are missing hardware. I’ve very happy with this lamp.

Title: Works, not pretty, inefficient, very costly. Guessing 2,000 lumen max. Good color rendering.
Review: Indirect lighting is always pleasantStabilityI was concerned after reading the reviews I would be able to knock this over with a feather. It’s not like that, but it does stand 6′ tall and has the bulk of its weight on the ends. The base weighs in at 11.75Lbs, the top light at 3.9Lbs, and the rod connecting the two 3Lbs. At 19Lbs total this is a pretty substantial lamp. Give it a good shove and it will topple over- but give any lamp a shove and it will topple over.Efficiency / CRIShips with a very efficient class “VI” power supply. The lamp part could be much more efficientPower usage specificationsThere is no phantom power draw while turned offThe lowest setting consumes 0.3W for either the up or the down light, 0.15PfMid set point down light 23.3W (0.44Pf)Mid set point up light 14.4W (0.42Pf)Up light max 23.8W (0.46Pf)Down light max 36.5W (0.49Pf)Both max 61.2W (0.53Pf)I have seen lights as bright as this consume less than half this much power. 60W can create a LOT of light these days. This looks to my eye to be under 2,000 lumen. It does take more power to make higher CRI light but this seems out of a reasonable range. The light does seem to be a high CRI so I won’t dock it too much for low efficiency

Title: Easy to build and gives off good light
Review: This lamp is probably a bit overpriced but the light it gives off is great and there’s tons of it. I really like the uplight feature for ambient lighting without seeing glare in my line of sight. I live in a really old house that doesn’t have ceiling lights so being able to bounce this light off the ceiling fixes a lot of issues for me. The design of the lamp is a bit…austere for me. Honestly it look like it belongs in a medical office. But I love the light it gives off so that balances it out for me. Assembly was easy and went quickly. It feels sturdy once put together.

Title: Great floor lamp
Review: This floor lamp is very nice and definitely of the quality needed for offices, schools, etc. That said, it would also work well in a modern home. The most unique feature is that the lamp provides dimmable lighting both up for general room illumination and down for task lighting. It has a minimalist design, but is durably constructed with a heavy base. The assembly will take a little time but is not complicated. I believe the discounted price is reasonable compared to similar products. I highly recommend it!

Title: OMG- it is gentle
Review: My goodness this light is unexpected. It has a gently, soft light feel while also feeling like perfect daylight. It is easy on my eyes and it stands tall. I could not imagine a better lamp. As a Michigander, those seasonal changes can definitely be felt and I really think this light will help everyone who comes into my house avoid those Winter blahs.Assembly was not easy and I needed to come back to the listing because the book is so technically written that they forget to make it understandable. Long story short – it’s color coded. But I did struggle to get the extra length of the wires to go into the body of the lamp. Eventually I succeeded and the lamp was together. The base plate is super heavy, so grab from the lower half for lifting to its final destination. The light looks like someone miniaturized the fluorescent overhead light and stuck it on a lamppost. It’s really interesting how much it looks like a classic “office” light. And the two knobs actually click on and off with stepless brightness control by turning the knob. What’s extra cool about the lamp is that it can cast light up to the ceiling only, or down only, or both at the same time. The two knobs provide complete control, including independent brightness settings. This is a very unique light that far exceeds expectations. Highly recommended.

Title: Ultra Modern, Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Light Easy on the Eyes
Review: This floor lamp was not what I expected, but it worked out well. I ordered it to get brighter light over the workshop table in our office where we do detailed artwork, and sometimes paperwork. But I wanted light that would be more natural and cause less eye strain. The room has a lot of shadows, so I needed a lamp that wouldn’t take up too much space on the table and would have a broad reach, and this lamp does a great job since it’s a floor model. And the light is very comfortable and easy to work under. I was really surprised how heavy the base alone is – it weighs a lot! But that makes it more stable and unlikely to tip over. It takes a minute to assemble, but not too long. The style is very boxy, bright white, clean and ultra modern. Our office is fairly modern, but this lamp is also plain enough to fit into many different settings. The lamp is super tall, so you won’t bump your head into it if it’s over your desk, you can adjust the light setting to what is most comfortable and to fit your needs, plus you can turn on the lower direct light, or the upper light for more indirect diffuse lighting. Overall, it’s sturdy, versatile, the lighting level makes it easier to work under, the lamp is easy to use and works great!
