Title: Great product
Review: Great system. I have used a few different systems and this one was easy to install and set up. Wow clear videos. It will track motion from one camera to another very well. No lag at all. Connecting to the internet was easy. It will identify peoples once you add the name to the site. It will tell you when they come on the premises. It is so good it told me a pet went through my yard.

Title: Great quality!
Review: I would rate this 4.5 stars but the reason I’m giving it 5 is because I knew some of the limitations of this system.Pros: fast controls, excellent image quality, excellent tracking, great AI detection and recognition, great eufy App, so many cameras and being able to point the ptz a different direction than the top wide camera provides more coverage, NVR runs quiet and cool and is very responsiveCons: no HomeKit or Matter integration, small included hard drive (I upgraded to 8TB Seagate Nighthawk AI HD which suits my needs), no good web portal/can’t access the NVR unless it’s plugged directly into into a monitor which can be a pain if you mount it somewhere out of the wayOverall this is a great system, just know that you are going to want to put it somewhere easily accessible and if you are away you are relying solely on the app to control.

Title: Great addition to eufy PoE NVR
Review: I’ve been using this camera with the eufy PoE NVR Security System and it works really well. The setup was simple with a single Ethernet cable for both power and data. The camera only works with the eufy NVR, but once connected, the performance is excellent. The video quality is very clear, with sharp details during the day, and I was pleasantly surprised that it stays in color even in low-light conditions. Since it’s hardwired, there’s no need to worry about WiFi dropouts or jammers, which gives extra peace of mind for security. If you already have the eufy PoE NVR Security System, this camera is a great addition.

Title: Eufy; Quality, Reliability and Easy install!
Review: Quick note. Ensure you open your packages without tearing them apart just in case you have to send anything back for returns. Set up was very easy. It took literally 10 minutes to test everything as a hookup before doing the actual install. Test the system BEFORE actual install. After testing, it took me an hour on each camera. That includes running cable and drilling/fastening/adjustments on each camera. The cameras are very robust, responsive and reliable in cold and hot climates. This is my 2nd system install from Eufy. The entire Eufy systems are very easy to follow!!! Follow the directions and read through BEFORE touching anything!!!

Title: Disappointing setup and poor support for an expensive system
Review: I had high hopes for the Eufy PTZ PoE camera and DVR system; after all, the reviews were solid, the specs looked impressive, and I invested over $750 expecting a professional-grade setup. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but.From the start, the installation through the iPhone app was a nightmare. The camera refused to recognize the QR code, no matter how carefully I followed the instructions. When prompted to enter a setup code manually, I discovered there was no setup code anywhere on the camera or packaging — only a serial number. I spent over an hour searching before giving up.Next, I tried contacting Eufy Support, but that was another disappointment. The 800 number went straight to a message saying they were too busy to take my call, and I couldn’t even leave a voicemail. To make matters worse, the call was answered by Anker, which apparently owns Eufy. I’ve always liked Anker products, so this level of poor customer support was unexpected and frustrating.I’ve installed many video cameras over the years, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. It’s a shame, I really wanted to like this system, but between the setup failure and nonexistent support, I can’t recommend it.

Title: Frustrating at first… but now working
Review: Update #2:After another system update all issues stated in the first 2 reviews have been addressed and fixed. Eufy support was thorough and was checking back with me to make sure everything was working well. Upgraded to 5 stars.Update:Eufy responded to my last email finally and offered to set up a phone call. I replied and have not heard back as of yet. Been a few days. There was an update performed and for the past 3 days the system has been working it seems. I did notice that the PTZ cams can lose a subject if the subject crosses a bush or tree. The location I need the camera is in a sidewalk and we have one 5ft narrow bush. The camera tracked the subject from the road and then entering our sidewalk up to the bush. When the person crossed behind the bush and up onto our porch the camera was already reset to the original position towards the road. I’m suprised the 1 second crossing behind the bush would throw it off that easily. The person was on our porch literally right behind the camera. If the cam stayed tracking we would have had a close up of their face. That was a huge fail. Upgraded to 4 stars for now due to support responding.Original: As for now I’m not sure I’m happy with the system. The ptz camera quality seem to be very good. The bullet cams are not impressive. When things work I’m happy with it. The problem is every day the NVR or cameras randomly stop sending notifications to my phone. It’s all 4 cameras in this system that go quiet even with movement. I’ve gone back and forth with support via email since Eufy NO LONGER HAS A PHONE NUMBER FOR SUPPORT. They’re working on overseas hours so if you have a major concern expect to wait until the next day to get a response. This is VERY frustrating. We have serious security concerns where this system was installed. There’s been multiple days that our older wireless cams go off and send us a notification but this “New improved state of the art ” system does not. Support stopped responding to our concern after they didn’t have an answer to why the notifications aren’t happening. Every single day we need to restart the system when it stops sending notifications. Our main concern is when it stops sending notifications at night which is when our greatest concern for safety is. Just today we had a delivery and our older eufy cams worked well.. this system was completely silent. No notifications at all. Delivery guy walked right in front of the camera. Unacceptable. Eufy if you’re reading this bring back phone support and respond to our emails!
