Review: If you like jumping through hoop after hoop after hoop just to download, activate and hopefully get a product working, then this is the product for you. If you like reading horrible instructions with the smallest font known to man, then this is the product for you. You need a QR Code to download the app and a different one to activate the earbuds. When those codes aren’t provided, your earbuds are useless and you’re left jumping through 10 more hoops to try to get an answer. NO product should be this difficult to activate, setup and use. Absolutely going back.

Title: Sound quality isn’t too shabby, but the AI translator feature fell short
Review: The sound quality on these earbuds are pretty decent for the price, however, the connection was a bit spotty, when the BT connection should be great, if it’s BT 5.4. I am not sure if the translator feature actually works, sadly. The case is a bit on the thicker/bigger side, but it does have a large LED touch screen on the case. The fit was comfortable, but it does take some getting used to, because these are “not in ear” earbuds, they kind of stay outside of your ear, hence, that hook design, where I feel it doesn’t feel as secure, than other earbuds I’ve owned. I still prefer the “in ear” kind, because it just provides a better “immerse experience” and also feels more secure in my ear, then just hanging onto my ear.Sadly, I did end up returning these, since I originally purchase these, primarily to be used as a “translator” since I already own multiple wireless earbuds and AirPods Pro that I used frequently for “music and when I work out”. But I don’t believe these provides the value I was looking for. I’ll just have to look for a different earbuds with better AI translating functionality than this one.

Title: DOES NOT TURN ON!!
Review: DOES NOT WORK OR EVEN TURN ON!! I followed the manual, the device is completely unresponsive. It wont even charge when I attempt to use a charge. very unfortunate, as I am overseas now and this would have really come in handy. Also unfortunate; as a I cannot return the device as I am out of the country/ Will be asking seller for and full refund.
