Review: Choosing the right hearing aids can be a daunting value decision – but EARA Hearing is confident enough to include audiology consultations for life with theirs. I took the hearing test for precise sound, and after adjusting to the smaller tips, the fit was perfect & now everything sounds crisp and clear. The bluetooth (BT) connectivity is easy and reliable as is the sound quality. The controls are easy & intuitive (not a techie). Review: I’m sending them back. They do not have the sound quality I expected (especially when streaming music). The right side drops out when making adjustments. Cannot complete the hearing assessment, right side never gets tested.

Title: OTC hearing aids are problematic.
Review: Bluetooth works sometimes and other times not so much. I talked with customer service because my hearing test would not go beyond frequency number one. They told me it was the problem with my $1,200 Samsung phone. They suggested that I exchange it but Amazon has no more so they said order one from us and cancel your and return your Amazon order.

Review: I’ve tried a few hearing aids before, but these are by far the best. The sound is super clear and they’re really comfortable to wear all day. I love that I can stream music and calls straight to them — it just makes life easier. And no more messing with tiny batteries since they’re rechargeable. Definitely worth it!

Title: More Than I Had Excepted
Review: When I bought these hearing aids, I was expecting them to amplify the sound or just make it louder. Instead, after I ran the setup routine on my phone, the sound was tailored to my exact hearing loss and made everything much clearer and easier to understand without really seeming to be that much louder. I am amazed at how well these work. The setup was easy and didn’t take long to do. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear. The customer support is excellent also. My phone was doing something weird when I tried to reconnect the hearing aids, and the support team figured out it was just a setting on my phone. After changing the setting, I haven’t had any problems at all. I was hesitant to buy mail order hearing aids at first, but I am very happy that I did. They are literally 10%-15% of the cost of the ones I looked at in the big-name hearing aid store in the mall. Thank you, EARA, for letting me comfortably watch TV again and listen to my music without disturbing my neighbors. MONEY WELL SPENT.
