Review: What we have here is a cover for my daughter’s Kindle Paperwhite. Like everyone else, she has to protect it from unexpected accidents that always seem to happen when you can’t afford to replace or repair.My daughter tells me that she really likes this case. Her Kindle fits perfectly, and since it opens and closes like a book, it’s well protected. The floral pattern is attractive, but she says the cloth material that covers the exterior is somewhat prone to attracting cat hair. Guess what—we have FOUR Maine Coons! It’s sturdy and well made. The description says the floral pattern is hand-embroidered, and it definitely shows. The craftsmanship is top-notch. This cover barely adds any weight to the device and has a built-in strap, making it comfortable to hold for extended periods.It has one particular feature that my daughter feels is a great selling point—when you close the cover, it automatically puts the Kindle to sleep. This really improves battery longevity. From what I can tell, whenever she sets it down or carries it anywhere, she always keeps the cover closed—which, by the way, has a secure magnetic closure.My daughter and I are in agreement that this cover is an advantageous purchase, although a bit on the pricey side. Title: Lovely but texture hell
Review: Okay it is STUNNING. My only big gripes were that the embroidery threads aren’t smooth like you would get with hand work. Arrived a little frayed on the thread end. If you are also sensitive to the feel of some fabrics you may find this to be too intense. It reminded me of Jean fabric and kept irritating my hands in the long run. Like I said it is beautiful but not for my texture issues.

Title: Perfect for My Kindle
Review: This case is exactly what it claims to be. I love the textured design; it looks professionally handmade. A beautiful floral design that just makes me happy to look at! It was easy to put my Kindle in it and it stays in place well. The features work just like they should. My Kindle turns on right away when I open the case and turns off when it’s closed. The screen protector it came with was poor quality and already scratched, but I feel like the case itself gives enough protection. That said, this is not a case I recommend for younger children unless you get a screen protector from a different source. However, it is perfect for my needs, so I’m still giving it 5 stars.

Title: Beautiful and functional!
Review: This is a very nice case!! It fit my colorsoft perfectly and the sleep and wake function work just as it should. It feels quite durable and if I drop my kindle I don’t worry about it being hurt. The kindle pops in and out with ease so I don’t have to struggle to remove it any time I want to swap cases.

Review: This case ended up exceeding my expectations. It is really cute in person and the quality is really nice. It has a lot of features I wasn’t expecting.The cover is embroidered. The listing says that, but I wasn’t sure what it would be like. It looks cute in person. I like the flowers and the teal in the design matches the teal in my Kindle (not that you can see it with the cover on, but I know it).The case does come with a screen protector for the Kindle, which is a nice added feature. Our family has owned a number of kindles over the years, and with it a number of OEM cases. Never have we had a screen protector. I like this added safety feature.A feature I also really liked is the actual case/cradle the Kindle sits in. It is more flexible that the OEM Kindle case and rises a millimeter or two above the face of the Kindle (think phone case) to act as a bumper for the device. I thought that was really clever.The integrated handle is also a nice feature. I have tried a “snap on” type handle with my OEM case and it just isn’t working for me. I can see myself actually using this one. Holding my Kindle comfortably is probably my biggest complaint.The only cons I found is that (1) the case is thicker than the OEM Kindle case. Not horribly thicker, but if someone is concerned about the size of their device, this could be an issue. And (2) I don’t think my Kindle is shutting off with the “magnetic” closure because it doesn’t appear to be that “magnetic.” I need to play with this second point some more to verify, but from what I could tell, it didn’t appear to be the situation.Overall, it is a nice little case and one I recommend for someone looking to jazz up (and protect) their Kindle.
