Title: Good Urinary Incontinence Protection
Review: This is a pretty complete kit. It includes enough condom catheters, catheter stabilization devices, and urinary collection bags to last a while. There seems to be some confusion on the part of the prior reviewer as to how this product should be used. The condom catheter is meant to be left on, and urination is to be done while wearing it. It is not to be removed every time someone has to get up and pass urine. This is a non-invasive way to collect urine continuously over a 24 hour period, whether it be intentional voiding or accidental due to incontinent leakage. The normal recommendation is to change the condom catheter once a day, and it makes sense to do this in conjunction with a shower or bath, thoroughly cleaning the area before putting the new day’s condom catheter on. The condom catheter is attached to a 1000 ml urine leg bag during the day, which can be worn under clothing and drained as needed by opening the leg bag bottom valve over a urinal or toilet and then reclosing the valve. The 2000 ml bag is for overnight use, since it doesn’t have to be drained as often and thus allows for a good night’s sleep. The 2000 ml bag is also handy for extended periods where a bathroom may not be available to empty the bag, again since it holds more urine before it gets full. The catheter stabilization device is to hold the catheter tubing securely attached to the skin so that the condom catheter doesn’t get directly tugged on and accidentally pulled off. The condom catheter is easy to put on, drains well, and is comfortable to wear for extended periods. This is an external device and doesn’t get inserted through the urinary tract and into the bladder like a Foley catheter does, so this device is often much preferred by men who have urinary incontinence. This product is especially helpful when taking care of a male who is both incontinent of urine and is confused, since accidentally pulling off a condom catheter simply makes a mess, whereas accidentally pulling out a Foley catheter, which has a balloon at the tip of the catheter that gets inflated once the catheter is inserted in the bladder, could cause physical injury by the balloon getting pulled out while it is still inflated. These condom catheters can be ordered in one of four sizes, 25 mm (medium), 30 mm (large), 35 mm (XL), and 40 mm (XXL). The product page tells how and where to measure to make sure the right size is ordered. Each item in this kit is individually wrapped, which keeps the unused items clean and dry until they are needed. The product page has a very good video showing in detail how all these items are used.

Title: Helpful Solution for Overnight Incontinence – Easy to Use and Effective
Review: I purchased this External Condom Catheter Kit (30mm) for a parent with Lewy body dementia after we had been dealing with frequent overnight accidents. I was looking for a non-invasive option to manage incontinence without the discomfort and risks of inserting a traditional catheter, and this kit seemed worth a try.The process of applying the catheter was surprisingly easy (albeit a little scarring the first time 😅), but once we got the hang of it, it’s been working pretty well. There’s been some minor seepage due to movement during the night, but overall, it’s a huge improvement from where we were before.The kit includes everything you need — latex catheters, leg bags, overnight bags, and tape rolls. Title: Very helpful post-back surgery
Review: I got these for my father to use after his back surgery so he didn’t feel like he needed to get up and down as much, especially as night.I wasn’t about to measure the base of my dad’s junk, so I went with the second to largest size on the advice of my mother. Which was horribly awkward for us both, but nothing about this “normal” anyhow. According to my dad, it’s too tight, but we’re pretty sure that’s his ego talking.Per mom, it’s working great. Theyve used a few over the past few days and haven’t had any issues with leaks or slippage. It stays on all night and he’s able to rest more comfortably, which were really hoping will help his recovery.Doing stuff like this for a parent isn’t easy, but I’m glad I got over myself and ordered these. It’s not a long-term solution, but it’ll help him during the time when he needs help the most and that’s what counts.(Generic-ish picture of the packaging, but you’ll understand why there’s pic of the product in action. Title: Excellent for less than diapers, esp. w/ diameter steady
Review: The best when the diameter steady, like in impotence. So no blood flow in and out, the soft, flexible matter does not shrink and the short condom does not slip out. This system is sealed unlike ones with an open, frontal, silicone urinal penetrating underwear and protruding forward. In those with changing diameter, the condom while on can be additionally taped over, so its latex seals around the skin tightly.The bags, tubs, valves, etc. are well made and lightweight, but sturdy, including two (2) tape rolls. The tubes are flexible, but stiff enough to resist compression and thus blockage. The system is more economical than diapers for periods over 45 days. And the favorite activity of old people of sitting can be pursued without a bulky, bulging diaper in the crotch. No sitting on urine in a diaper or having skin chafed or a diaper rash.Two 1,000 ml/34 fl oz urine bags are for mobility, including walking. Each can be easily fasten to a leg. The anti-reflux drip chamber blocks urine from flowing back. It can be drained easily and discretely via the bottom valve. The leg with a bag is to be placed on urine absorbing spot, the legging raised and the valve opened. Gravity pushes urine out on the grass, to a toilet bowl, vessel, plastic bag, under a table, etc. After emptying, the steps need to be repeated backwards.
